When planning an event, it is your hope that vendors will simply fulfill their duties, it is your expectation that some will not. Then there’s the rare vendor who will not just meet your expectations, but exceed them. At my recent Boulder conference, hiring Alpine was far and away my best decision.
–the prices generously beat the hotel and other vendor quotes
–they arrived when scheduled, and were on site to check in frequently. when I needed something, they handled it without being babysat. I trusted them to just «get it done».
–they were kind, easy and non judgemental about changes to the schedule or our equipment needs.
–their onsite staff was always early, had a deep skillset and was always willing to help with onsite tech outside her responsibilities. I never heard a peep of complaint, if anything, she was exceptionally complimentary and really, just a joy to hand onhand.
If not clear by my words, I really can’t recommend them enough for your wedding, party, conference or meeting. I have no doubt Heidi will be able to exceed your expectations, too.

I rented a PA system from them and I had no problems. I was arranging everything from out of town (and mostly through email), and Heidi was great answering questions and making sure I had everything I needed. I would totally recommend them!
