Arrow Office Products and Interiors

We have been ordering office desks and chairs from Arrow for the past 4 years. They always arrive incredibly fast. If we don’t quite know what we need, Todd is always very helpful in assisting us in finding what we’re looking for. Fabulous!

The company I work for has used Arrow for over five years and we are very pleased with their business.
Reasons why I love Arrow:
1 — we have the world’s friendliest delivery driver: Hawkin. It’s always a pleasure to see him walk in with our order. He’s always got a smile on his face and jelly beans in his delivery box.
2 — free next day delivery for all of our office supplies. If anything is back-​ordered (rarely), they let us know right away and our invoice only reflects the items that we’ve received.
3 — great customer service. I can call in with an item number, manufacturer, or a vague description and they are always able to help me find what I’m looking for. Returns are a cinch — I’ve ordered the wrong product a few times and all I have to do is call them up and they send someone to pick it up the next day with a credit memo.
4 — Staples comes a-​knockin’ once or twice a year to try an woo us away from Arrow, but their prices do not hold up — they give you introductory prices and then jack them up in a few months or they just aren’t any better. Also, the service level doesn’t even come close.
5 — the satisfaction of supporting a local business. Enough said.

Arrow Office Supplies is the ONLY place to go for office supplies and even great furniture (new and used). Todd, Greg and the rest of the gang go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Prices are very reasonable and delivery is ALWAYS FREE.
Oh yeah, the jelly beans are a nice addition to my boring box of pens and paper!

Forget going to Office Max or Staples, this is the place to go. Our company is signed up with them, and we couldn’t be happier. We place all our orders online in their super easy to use online catalog, and every single order, no matter how big or small is delivered the next day (business is in Boulder).
Each time we order, we get a little bag of Jelly Beans. How thoughtful! Our most recent order even came with a box of Girl Scout cookies (drooooool).
Friendly, fast and reliable service is unbeatable, and supporting a local business is definitely the way to go.
