Fine as far as copy shops go. They are easy to work with, friendly. They once messed up an order and made it right, no questions asked.

Yesterday I accompanied my girlfriend as she purchased a 3-​in-​1 printer. Ryan helped us, and he is a younger employee, but he knew *everything* about his store’s 3-​in-​1 printers. I used to be a professional IT hardware analyst, so I asked a *lot* of questions. The employees at Best Buy (just down the street) knew so little… I would highly recommend this particular Office Max, and Ryan in particular. I’ve also bought a computer at this particular store.

its ok, and close to my work. Customer service is about average, but I have not bought any big ticket items. Checkout is a bit slow, but they have a surprisingly large selection outside of what I would consider office supplies like, paper towels, coffee. The store is super small. When I have trouble finding something, it takes me about 4 seconds to find someone to tell me where it is.
Parking is a breeze, which is a big plus. this is one of the few places that has parking right at the door.

I’ve shopped at this Office Max over the years and have had a lot of printing done despite the depressing atmosphere of the store (empty, uninformed staff)
Yesterday I went to pick up my order of 1000 postcards. The manager, Steve (I think) gave me small stack of cards and when I asked if that was really 1000, he insisted it was the right number. I started counting them and came up with 300. I found the manager and asked for a discount since he was about to overcharge me by a mile. He refused and it went downhill from there.
Not going back, but I doubt the manager really cares.

Compared with other big box office supply stores, office max seems rather disorganized. I have had some trouble finding office supplies as quickly as I’d have liked. When we went there for furniture, the staff was no where to be found, and we had to walk around to find someone.
Their service, when we found it, was good and my roommate was able to pick out a VERY affordable desk on sale to pick up. They held it for us while I got my car, and were nice enough to help us load it.
