The massage I got from Cara is very very good. I get regular massages from my chiropractor’s office but that day I woke up with very stiff back muscles that had to be treated immediately. She knows what she’s doing; she identified the problem areas and really worked on them. I was pleasantly surprised what a big difference her massage made. Highly recommended.

I know it says that she only works on women, but I was referred and she worked on me. (I’m a guy).
It was awesome. She knew the spots to hit even without mentioning it. She’s intuitive and feels her way into the body.
Cara knows how to work out knots without hurting you. That’s a great quality in a massage therapist.
She also takes her time with you. She’s committed to your success and went over the scheduled time to finish a tricky part of my back. I appreciate that.
It was more important to her that I received results than it was to watch the clock.
The next day my body felt so different. I moved easier. My body was more flexible. It was a real treat.

I met Cara today after a week of ice and Epsom salt soaks due to being knocked off of my bicycle by a women who opened her car door without looking. The pain in every muscle was extreme.
