I’ve never seen gluten free pizza by the slice but this place has it… FORCHEAP! A great find for gluten free eaters. Plus, the pizza is good and it comes with free ranch and/or spicy ranch. I highly recommend Boss lady pizza if you want a slice or two of good pizza.

My favorite pizza place in Boulder! No matter what time of day it is they have great individual slices of pizza. The staff is very friendly. My favorite slice of pizza here is the buff. They also make a very delicious chicken and waffle pizza slice!

I’ll give them two stars because the pizza is legitimately good, and they have options for vegan and gluten-free folks at pretty decent prices, which is hard to find. I really want to love you Boss Lady, I really do! But the time you take to deliver is so, so long. Beyond long. The kind of long that turns an excited, bouncy pizza order-er into a crazed, hungry lunatic. I have ordered from Boss Lady about five times now — sometimes for my office, sometimes for myself. Each time, they have taken well over two hours to deliver the pie. And you know, two hours might not even be a big deal if they’d be honest about how long it was going to take sometime during the interaction… Or, if the pizza arrived hot… Or if it didn’t give you massive indigestion afterwards because you were so hungry that you inhaled it like a rabid hyena(okay, that part is my fault ;)). If you call to check on your pizza, the poor kid in charge of phones will tell you the only logical lie a person in his position can tell in order to keep the angry customers at bay: «Your pizza is scheduled to go out in the next delivery.» It’s like clockwork. Thing is, that’s never the case. They’re always running late by at least thirty minutes past the estimated time of arrival, and the estimated time of arrival is always two hours. Morning, noon, night, Wednesday, Saturday, Monday… it doesn’t matter. I can’t wrap my head around it. Are you holding my pizza captive? Are you out of cheese? Are you milking the cow and making the cheese yourself? If that was the case, I’d be kind of excited, but I think it’s probably just that you are a little understaffed. I love your pizza, guys, but I’m sorry to say I won’t be ordering here again until your structure and timing improves considerably.

If you like pizza that is cold, half — baked and delivered really late, this is the place.

terrible service if you want a slice of pizza they can get to you right away but if you want delivery forget it. They are 2 hours late and when you complain they tell you«f— Off». that is what the so called owner told me. but I doubt she was the owner, I think she was just a manager, young kid with anger problems… they are many other options in boulder for pizza this one is just not worth the headace.

This is now our favorite pizza for delivery, by a long shot. The menu is just so interesting and varied. The ingredients on the 5 vegetarian pizzas we got today seemed fresh.

Boss Lady Pizza deserves a solid four stars for its tasty creations. Boulder is flooded with pizza places(Beau Jo’s, Cosmos, Pizzeria Locale, Backcountry Pizza, etc.), so standing out is a bit hard. Boss Lady Pizza is definitely a cheap and flavorful option, but it doesn’t have the punch to make it a top contender in Boulder. Similar to Cosmos, it is definitely geared towards students. The pizzas are enormous(assuming you are getting a large), you can feed four people for $ 16 or so, and you can expect to intake a ton of calories. So if you are a college student, and you don’t want to break the bank then be sure to check this place out.

A string of adjectives come to mind: Fantastic, bomb, delicious, foodgasmic, heavenly. The best pizza I’ve had in Boulder. I will certainly be ordering more. The website is also easy to use, and delivery was on time. Totally amazing.

Honestly we had the rudest service I have ever had in Boulder. The second we bought the pizza we were told we could sit down. Then all of a sudden the workers told us we had to get up and eat and get the«fuck» out which totally took me guard. Horrible service but the pizza was okay. The workers care more about going out and being horrible to people. We paid to eat in house and they bitched us out on the second to get out. I have a video if anyone asks.

I’ve ordered from here several times, and it was ok the first time, but the last few have been dismal. It’s probably ok if you walk in but do not count on getting a hot lunch if you order for delivery. Last time I ordered on GrubHub and put in my address(including the city and state and zipcode) and they called me to say they couldn’t deliver to me because my address was coming up in Louisville. It took about two hours, and my pizza was hard as a rock and cold to the touch. Never do this, but had to call and ask for a refund as it was completely inedible. Probably won’t be coming back, which is disappointing ’cause the food sounds good and the price is right.

Perhaps the best piece of pizza I’ve had… ever. Ok. I haven’t had pizza in a while, but the spicy Veggie Hawaiin deserves serious accolades for ingenuity, flavor, and crust. Simply delicious. One piece left me stuffed by this thin crust pizza.

Boss Lady Pizza is good NY style pizza. They described all the gourmet pizzas behind the counter but we had the kids with us who are picky eaters so we went with a large half plain half pepperoni pizza and ate it there at the restaurant. It was very good, just the right amount of sauce and cheese, nice thin foldable slices, and great taste. We will definitely return.

Boss Lady pizza is really great pizza! I tried for my first time last night on a delivery and although the pizza was lukewarm by the time it got to me it was really good. I ordered the Walter White with sausage and mushrooms and all ingredients were good and the crust was good as well. Just an overall good Pie! I look forward to trying a really fresh piece in house! cheers Steve

PROS: awesome pizza! The guy behind the counter explained ALL of the different slices — and there were A LOT of them. I had a hot hawaiian, and a pestoroni. Both were amazing. The garlic knots were great too! I highly recommend this place, and I will visit there again. They have punch cards for slices CONS: the menu is really out of date I live in Denver, but I will definitely return!

Totally reminded me of a cross between pizza places in Montréal and NYC. Great for a quick slice after a concert(the Fox is right next door) and also casual and divey in a comforting, post-college kind of way. There are games to play if you want and free water. Always a good thing. The mac and cheese slice was a little over the top for me but I liked the pesto-pepperoni. Creative, fast, easy.

Being from Chicago i like pizza. In fact i love the stuff. Boss Lady Pizza is neither inexpensive or good. Delivery takes forever and the pizza is meh. $ 15 for a 12″ pie is just silly. Thats without toppings. I was thoroughly unimpressed. Go order cosmos it still sucks, but it sucks less.

If only I lived closer! The food is phenomenal, never once have I not liked one of their pizzas or other items on their menu. Their delivery service is slower than the competition, but that’s because they’re so busy serving up some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. A+ for service whenever I’ve gone in the store, everyone seems to honestly enjoy their job which means that they’re treating their employees well. I’ll gladly support them and when I move in May I’ll surely miss it.

So, maybe this would be a three star review if we had eaten there. We ordered through GrubHub, and by the time the food arrived it was cold and generally unappetizing. They also forgot to include one item, and when I called to ask about it they assured me they would take it off my receipt. A couple days go by, no change, and I call GrubHub who says they never heard from Boss Lady. Fortunately they took care of it, but come on. The chicken and waffles pizza sounded like a good idea, and again, maybe one slice piping hot would have been tasty, but by the time it got to us it was cold and hard, with crusty bits of chicken and stale eggo waffles on top. The Betty sticks reminded me of Pokey Sticks(RIP Gumby’s), but the dough was thin and dried out. The Bossy sauce was good, a spicy ranch, but the sticks themselves were just not great. I wish I could review the salad, too, but they forgot to bring it. Willing to give Boss Lady another shot the next time I’m out there, but I don’t think I’ll order delivery from them again.

Best NY style slice anywhere. Thin, flavorful crust is floppy yet still crispy and slightly gooey inside. But lots of great tomato sauce is crucial and this pizza has it. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the $ 4 price for one slice of Cheese is steep, no matter how good it is.
