We have purchased a bedroom set and also a custom table from Boulder Furniture Arts. They have amazing craftsmanship and are very attentive to our needs. I love supporting this local business, and the quality is so much better than chain stores. Beautiful work.

Bought a beautiful bench with inlaid turquoise. Nice folks here who are very helpful and let you know options for custom made furniture without being pushy. Reasonable prices. I love their stuff! Lots of small gifts as well.

My husband and I have ordered two custom pieces, a large bookshelf and a dining room table and Boulder Furniture Arts did not disappoint. Lee was helpful every time and discussed pricing options and flexible delivery with us. The pieces are classic but still fit in our modern apartment and appeal to our preference for simple, functional furniture. I have not yet found a flaw in the construction, which is solid and trustworthy, and the pieces are gorgeous. If we need anything in the future we know where we’ll be going.

What a fun fun fun store! There are all kinds of room decorations to check out here; lamps and wall hangings and just completely random fun stuff. There were lots of artsy wall decorations, and the LEAF LAMPS! The lamps were the best.
The people working here were super nice, and not pushy or hovering at all. They also told us about the shipping options, some of which were free for a certain amount of time! That is awesome if you’re from out of town and are eyeing pieces that are bigger than your average suitcase.

We wandered in here after a nice dinner on Pearl Street. I wish more stores were open in the evening along the Mall.
The handmade furniture here was really beautiful and of good quality, but I have no need for any of it now. However the store has many small items from home décor pieces to inexpensive jewelry that are handmade and quite nice. There was a broad variety of styles too and I saw a cute little ring that my husband treated me to. It was fun in the store too, with very friendly staff.

If you’re in the market for hand crafted arts and crafts style furniture, look no further. This place has beautiful high quality custom furniture that is worthy of the finest homes. Scattered around the store you will find various other hand-​made decorative arts-​type pieces in the under $ 50 range, as well as some jewelry. The staff is helpful and friendly. A great store just to browse around in.

Don’t be put off by the name of the store. They also have smaller hand made items. Sis found a great ceramic surface wood block clock she couldn’t live without. For me it was a giant ceramic mug with an insert lid I could use in the car. It was not more than other pottery mugs we found in other stores on Pearl St.

My husband and I have been shopping for desks for our home office. Convinced we couldn’t afford handmade furniture, we’d done a lot of looking into the typical mall-​type stores, but we were pretty disappointed that most of the stuff within our price range was your usual made in China, will-​fall-​apart-​in-​two-​years junk. We were very sad about our prospects until we met Lee at Boulder Furniture Arts. The clouds parted, and we became happy again (and this is not literary hyperbole, I promise you).
Lee took a lot of time with us, discussing exactly what we wanted and how we could make it fit within our price range, and we exchanged many e-​mails. Throughout the entire process, he’s been thoughtful and very friendly. The result is that we’ve ordered two gorgeous, eco-​friendly solid cherry desks at reasonable prices, and we’re both tickled pink at how our office is going to look. He really did make us incredibly happy with his excellent service and attentiveness to our needs, and we enthusiastically recommend Boulder Furniture Arts for that reason. Don’t waste your money buying particleboard furniture made in China – go talk to the fine folks at this wonderful store, and you’ll be thrilled at what you end up with.
