My daughter ordered me an arrangement online and the arrangement I received was about ¹⁄₃ the size of the deluxe one she paid for.

I was treated terribly by a designer I called today there to find out which of my friends had ordered flowers to be delivered to me. There was no name on the card but there was a message, she said she had no idea and didn’t have time to figure it out, then when I asked to speak to a manager or owner she said «you’re not doing this to me» and hung up on me?

This is my go-​to florist in Boulder for bouquets and office gifts. I walk in with a price range and a color scheme, and each time I walk out with a beautiful, full bouquet for less than I had anticipated.
I am by no means a flower aficionado. The florists here are able to tie together beautiful, fresh, automatic bouquets with a moment’s notice.
Most of the staff members are great, though every now and again I wind up with a particular staffer who is rather abrupt in her interactions. But overall, I have been very satisfied.
Note: I have never arranged for delivery, so I cannot attest to that aspect of their services. But since I can swing by and pop out in mere minutes, I strongly recommend stopping by for yourself!

This place has awful customer service. I was sent flowers for my birthday, but ended up crying because the staff was so rude to me when I was trying to figure out the best way to get the delivery as I was at work and not at home. Please do not order from these guys.

I’ve ordered bouquets from them twice for my events and never had a problem. Always ready on time, looks good, and at a decent price. Easy ordering online, and I’ve also done custom orders via the phone. Overall happy :)

I wish I had checked their Unilocal review before ordering flowers from these people. If there was a zero stars I would give them that for customer service. The lady was rude and after I told her I would probably not use their services again she started argue ing with me. I can only imagine what their flowers will look like.

These folks were a bit busy when I called so they were pretty short on the phone… With that said, they did an awesome job and delivered these within hours of ordering them. My girlfriend said that they were beautiful too… They are a little pricey but that’s was okay with me. I paid a little extra to order from them because I dislike the big chains driving hard working family businesses out. Well done!

the arrangement is nice, but there were significant problems with the delivery process.
i ordered over the phone and noted, «her building is a little confusing, but you need to deliver to the 4^th floor, south-​west corner. if there are any problems, you can call her or call me.»
when i called the shop in the early afternoon to see if the flowers had been delivered, they said they wouldn’t know until the driver returned at 4pm, at which point it would be too late for him to go back out to deliver again. so basically, i was left hanging and was blind to the delivery progress.
the driver/​deliveryman apparently never even made it to the 4^th floor. he left a message for my gf but i never got a call.
so she went to the shop to pick the flowers up the next morning. (i was out of town.)
when i called the shop to complain, they rightfully refund the delivery fee and apologized, but i flat-​out told them, «i appreciate the delivery fee refund, but i don’t know if that’s enough to get me to be a return customer.» and they basically said only, «ok, sorry about that.»
so, i’ll go with another florist next time (s).

I was initially worried by the impression I got when I first called, but the price was right so I ordered some flowers for my wedding. (No arrangements, just stems of flowers).
I went to pick them up and I got great service and the flowers were in beautiful condition. Their orchids were nearly half the price of any other florist! They did great, and I would recommend them.

Delivered my birthday arrangement 2 days early. I was hoping to get a partial refund or credit, but instead got an apology. Disappointing.
