Typical dealership, with the usual tricks that give them a bad reputation. Bait and switch… we made an appointment for a $ 160 service and dropped the car night before…7:30 am phone call telling us we needed $ 800 worth of work. They had’nt even looked at the car and were trying to sell us on stuff we definitely didn’t need. Went to Stapp in Frederick and had GREAT service. Won’t go back to Foothills. Ever.
