Canyon Cafe

Quite some time ago I volunteered at the Boulder Justice Center. That was soooo interesting. Never a dull moment at that place… but when there was a chance to slip away and get a bite to eat, I often grabbed a quick sandwich at the Canyon Café. It is so convenient, right there within the Justice Center. The same family has run it for years. They are very nice, and customer-​service-​oriented. Very tasty freshly-​made sandwiches, cheap prices, and discounts for the people who work at the Justice Center. Oh, and, sometimes you can overhear the most fascinating conversations. If one is discussing something private (as legal matters often are!) one should speak in a very hushed tone when in the Canyon Café, because it is easy to hear what everyone in the entire place is saying.
This is a great place to try if you find yourself in the Justice Center… seriously…
