I am at Copper Kettle for the Wednesday firkin beer releases on a regular basis. One of the highlights is knowing that CKrepes is the food vendor and that I am going to have an awesome meal! The sushi is awesome, the wings delightful and of course the crepes ROCK! Keep up the great work CKrepes and thanks Copper Kettle for introducing them to me.

Everything they do is awesome. Had the mango tango sweet crêpe tonight at Copper Kettle. Amazing. Mango and pineapple with toasted coconut and homemade almond brittle, added dark chocolate. Wow. Also had the pulled pork savory crêpe which was amazing. Even the edaname was fantastic, i could drink the Asian sauce it’s in. Try anything, you won’t regret it.

Love the food here! Not only have I never had anything bad, I’ve never heard anyone else disliking them, either. It seems every month they try to have something new and different. I think I was most impressed with the sushi… so far.

Wait, wait, wait… no one has reviewed CKrepes yet?! Well that needs to change right now. CKrepes is a fantastic food truck that dishes out unique crepes and crêpe wraps, often locating at a brewery near you. They are currently a mainstay at Copper Kettle(Wednesdays and Saturdays), plus make guest appearances at many other area breweries. And good thing too, as their food goes well with a beer, whether it’s savory or sweet. I love the Corned Beef Crêpe, as the corned beef, potato hash, onions, peppers, and cheddar jack cheese all go very well with the sweet crêpe. And because it’s a wrap, it’s easy to eat while drinking your beer! The Hawaiian Pulled Pork Crêpe and Prosciutto & Melon Crêpe(prosciutto with cantaloupe, asparagus, & brie) are great choices as well, and they usually have a sausage crêpe of the day that is hard to pass up too. Don’t forget dessert, specifically the S’More Ritual Crêpe(homemade marshmallow fluff & graham crumble topped with locally made Belize dark chocolate from Ritual Chocolate). It’s the campfire favorite in a crêpe. If you’re at Copper Kettle, have this with a Mexican Chocolate Stout — yum! CKrepes — always delicious food with wonderful service. Crepes plus beer, how awesome is that!
