Extremely unprofessional ! The owner of this company cleans the pool at Wonderland Hill Recreation Assoc where I am a paying member. He expects members to get out of the pool whenever he happens to show up as he refuses to come before the pool opens and will not adhere to a schedule, as I have been trying to work around him. He comes during adult swim and gets mad if people are swimming and then proceeds to rant about how much he «hates» our pool. Monday June 16th I was swimming during adult swim at 8:30 am and when I didn’t get out, he stomped off mad and our pool never got cleaned that day.
I’m not sure about the details, however we have a saline pool, which is why I joined this pool, the pool has been open for 4 weeks now and the saline system still isn’t up and running.
