I needed help setting up a new HD TV, which turned out to be heavier and more unwieldy than I realized. The technician was very flexible, agreeing to coming as soon as I knew I would have time available. He was efficient, neat, straightened up after himself, gave me some advice on upgrading my DVR, and helped take my old TV out to the car. I would recommend their services to those who find themselves needed some help with electronics.
