Conscious Coffee is a great example of how a coffee roaster should be. They know their coffee growers because they have travelled to their farms. They are part of a movement of small businesses that believe in transparency in trade and commodity. That said, the coffee they roast is all organic, the best tasting coffee and espresso I have had to date. Mark and Mel offer training to any shop that carries their brand. Their coffee gives me an appreciation to the work they do and I totally support their brand and absolutely love the coffee.

yup, one of my more favored cafes in Boulder serves conscious coffees. almost as good as my all time favorite roaster Stumptown (and that says a lot!)
