These people know good coffee! They are true craftsmen that pay attention to every detail. Everything is amazing. Starbucks who? Is he a new superhero? Go forth and enjoy excellent coffee.

VERYBUSY, so busy they have 3 Barrista’s working simultaneously. The Espresso was very good yet, because it’s a blend of some high qualitt, was almost too sweet.

This was such a great find. I happened to be in the area one morning so I popped in to grab a drink. It’s usually a good sign when there is a line, the line is moving, and almost everyone in line is a regular and knows the baristas. In my experience, I was happy with how friendly and efficient everyone was. Equally as important, the latte I ordered was pretty fantastic! It was a great experience overall and hoping to find a reason to go back!

The fact that this Ozo location is less than a quarter of a mile from my work is seriously dangerous for both my wallet and my sleep patterns(evening coffee is not good for me, not matter how much I love it!). I’m generally really good about saving some cash by making coffee at home, but being new to Colorado, when it’s freezing and snowy and gross all I want is a delicious latte and Ozo is IT. I’ve been in 3 times in the last week, different times of the day every time and I’ve had consistently delightful lattes, friendly service and the space is never over crowded. I really need to work on weaning myself off my new latte addiction so I’ll probably grab some beans next time to coax myself back into my budget friendly home brewing, but for a treat Ozo is lovely.

I asked for a bone dry cappuccino, I even specified no poured milk. I was terribly I dissatisfied when the barista poured my milk instead of scooping the foam. I’ve had the Isabella roast at Laughing Goat coffee in Boulder before but these guys must burn it in the espresso machine. A total waste of $ 5 on what really isn’t a hard drink to make if you take the time to listen to your customer and scoop the milk! Completely disappointed again.

excellent coffee, amazing employees, and an all around great atmosphere! it’s conveniently located in the eastern end of Boulder, and it’s a short drive from almost anywhere in Lafayette, Louisville, central Boulder, and even north Boulder. would recommend ozo coffee any day.

Could this place be any better? I have been coming here for years, and am consistently impressed with the quality, consistency, and friendly, sincere service. There’s nothing I don’t love! I just moved down the street from the Pearl Street location, and look forward to many happy mornings with Ozo in hand. Keep up the outstanding work, guys! :D

What is up with the customer service at coffee shops in Boulder? This has been my third coffee shop visiting and the service stinks! We came over this morning and no one was friendly. Our barista seemed like he had no social skills nor did he care. I guess he turned out ok without being social for several years. My vanilla latte with almond milk was eh. My gluten-free lemon poppy seed cake was good though.

I stop by here on almost a daily basis. I do wish they had some rewards card for all the coffee I buy(and if they do, it needs to be more apparent). =). Overall good coffee, never disappointed. Price wise to be honest not much more than Starbucks but better quality for sure. They have a good system when it gets busy, but occasionally it can get a bit too chaotic and confusing on when your drink is up. The people working there are always nice and friendly and quick to fix any drink that may have been made incorrectly. Do be aware if you order food that needs to be prepped or heated, can add a lot to your time waiting. Especially if you have already been in line for a bit. Overall good coffee place, good atmosphere, good employees, A for sure!

Much better than Starbucks. I enjoy the atmosphere. There wifi could be improved. It always goes slow and has issues which has kept me from coming in for work. I also like silver canyon brews better for take home coffee.

Ozo has great coffee. Ozo has a wonderful staff who are friendly and helpful. Why the less than stellar review? This place isn’t really a coffee shop, it’s a co-working office. Everytime I’ve come here, every table is taken by someone with a laptop. The turnover at tables is really slow, so if one plans on meeting another person for a chat, it won’t happen inside. I’ve come here for my last time, it’s enough of a pain to drive across Boulder only to find no place to sit.

The best coffee in Boulder! The baristas are always friendly, and happy to answer questions. The drinks are well crafted, but the baristas are not snobby. They seem to be passionate about their craft and want to share that passion with others rather than scoff at you for not being as informed! Shockingly this is uncommon around town. If I built Ozo — the locations would have a cozier vibe and a little bit more character. But there’s nothing wrong with how they are now. Great people and delicious coffee!

The coffee here is decent, but the terrible service and atmosphere ruin the experience. My first time here was my last. I had some time to kill before a meeting, so decided to get a cup of coffee and read for a bit. Ordered a café au lait at the counter. The young woman began to make it, and then rang up the purchase. The price seemed a little high, so I looked at the receipt and realized that she had rung up the wrong item. When I mentioned this to her, she argued with me and said that I had ordered it. Ah, no. I’m pretty sure I know what I ordered. When I mentioned what I had actually ordered, she said(annoyed), fine, I guess I can make that for you. And with an exaggerated sigh, she threw away the drink she had been making. She started making the correct coffee. She then set it down on my side of the counter, directly in front of me. It was only 2⁄3 full, with no milk, but since I hadn’t been to Ozo before, I figured I was supposed to add the milk myself at the doctor-it-up kiosk. I started to take the coffee, but she became very annoyed and snatched it away from me, saying that she wasn’t finished. Um, okay. So why did you put it in front of me on my side of the counter?(That remains a mystery.) She then put my coffee to the side, uncovered, and helped the next four people in line. And there my coffee sat, cooling. After she had helped the others, she finally added the milk to my cooled coffee. Yay! And, of course, the entire time she was exuding pissed off attitude.(So you made a mistake. Get over it. No big deal. Mistakes get made all the time, everywhere. It’s how you react to a mistake that matters.) Sat down with my coffee to read, which brings me to the next problem. The music was SO loud. Unbelievably loud. People at tables around me were shouting at each other to be heard. And many of the tables are extremely close together, so even if the music hadn’t been loud, it would have been impossible to have even a semi-private conversation. Very unpleasant atmosphere for a coffee house. At some point while I was reading, the music became even louder.(Hadn’t realized that was possible.) Sounded as if someone had turned it up to maximum volume. I looked up and realized that I was the only patron left in the place. Checked my watch. 6:00pm.(I had gotten there at 5:30) Another employee, also annoyed, came over and told me that I had to leave because it was closing time. Okay, I didn’t realize that. Didn’t know what closing time was, and wasn’t keeping track of my watch anyway. And then I realized that the music has been turned up full blast to make me leave. ??? What are you guys, six years old? Why didn’t you just tell me? Sheesh.

I have attempted drinking coffee here about four times now, not of my own volition, but with friends who were heading this way. The baristas were kind. However, I literally threw out every drink I have had there. The coffee is unacceptable. I had a few friends taste my drink and each of them cited the word«gasoline.» It honestly tasted like diesel fuel would taste. I was grievously disappointed in the coffee here, as I had heard about the fastidiousness of the roasting process, etc. No. Awful. Seriously awful. Just one notch above Vic’s Again.

Great coffee place and everyone knows about it because this place was packed. The line was pretty long even with 4 baristas taking orders. The pastries were very delicious and I really liked the atmosphere of this place too.

This is my go to place in Boulder for a quick coffee or a bite to eat. This place is jam-packed almost always! Great coffee, great service, great selection of food, snacks and chocolate. Being in Boulder most places just have 1 chai, this place has 2 chai selections and also various tea selections! If you get a $ 30 gc you can a free drink of your choice any size! The only thing is that if you don’t tell them, they make the drink super HOT! I like mine at 150 – 160 degrees and I have to ask for tepid in order to drink it right away. Now if you are just picking it up and driving to work, you might want it that hot so it will last. I really like how they heat up their breakfast burritos, looks like a panini grill. At first I thought it’s for convenience but I love the texture and the crunch of the shell. It takes 7 mins so if you are in a rush don’t get the burritos. Oh boy, they have spicy bacon!!! Yum nom nom nom! If I ever open up a coffee shop, it would be model like this w free wifi and more of a community feel. Love the energy in the room and I will always come here when I’m in Boulder!
