Very good, I got the Italian Sandwich on wheat. Good flavor, toasty bun, I would come back for another. A little wait but it was during lunch rush so no problem.

Good subs much fresher than subway or any other chain. Good options for sub variations. Only down side is when they get busy it can take a very long time to get food. So if you are tight on time for lunch… unless its 1030am you may need to skip it. Otherwise good eats.

I wish I could be writing a better review right now as I love snarfs sandwiches. As several other reviewers have stated, the service and timeliness at this snarfs was awful. 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and they forgot entirely about my milkshake. After telling them they whispered to each other about not having the specific flavor and continued to ignore me. There were flies everywhere and the atmosphere was filthy. I walked out without the shake and will be taking my business down to the pearl st snarfs in the future.

Got here just before noon on a weekday and the(slow moving) line was out the door. If you are in a hurry then maybe try someplace else but if you have a few extra minutes the sandwiches here are worth the wait. Also nice that there’s a ton of room here so even during the lunch rush I was able to easily find a place to sit and enjoy my meal.

Took 35 minutes to place an order for 2 sandwiches. They are woefully understaffed for how much they should be producing. In this time frame, I could’ve had the food delivered. Then when I finally receive my order, they got both my sandwiches wrong. Suggestion: hire more competent personnel +/-reevaluate the process from order to pickup.

Yummerz. They had a gluten free option which my makes my life easier and tastier. The ingredients were fresh and tasted wonderful. The service was laid back but in the best way.

Tried to order online, delivery time was an hour and a half later… For a sandwich. Sorry guys, I will never try to eat here again, sandwiches look good but that is terrible service

Usually good sandwiches, but some of the worst service I’ve received in Boulder(and thats saying a lot). Never friendly, always distracted and the place always looks dirty.

Really good Italian and meatball. Also good for veggie. For some reason the bread is like knives. All the better to get the the nutrients in your blood stream.

Snarf’s is consistently awesome. I’ve been coming here the for the past 12 years and Snarf’s is the best sandwich of its kind in town. Had a great experience today when there was a problem with my splickit(online) order. Michelle was very helpful, got on the phone with splickit to figure out what went wrong with my order and rushed a new sandwich. A+ Customer service. Well done Snarf’s

Recently, I’d placed a large order for delivery to my office by fax, and failed to put the suite number on the page. I called to confirm receipt, and gave the suite number; the person I talked to on the phone was painfully awkward to the point that we had a hard time communicating. Come delivery, the same awkward guy took a minute and a half to count my money(it was a big order, so no worries) and SCOLD me for not putting my suite number and phone number(must have been cut off by the fax, because it was there). Specifically, he said that it was good that I called because I hadn’t put the suite number down on the form, or my phone number, and next time I need to put the suite number and my phone number on the fax form. My coworkers and I laughed it off, because it was so weird how he kept beating this dead horse, but what the hell?! Customer service, guy. Come on. Don’t reprimand your customers about a minor mistake after they overtip you. All that said, the food is always great. Good bread, lots of options, tasty pepper mix. Just a shame that customer service is such a low priority(for this location at least, I can’t speak to the others).

Wish this review was better because I love their sandwiches but the last 2 times I’ve been in the service has been horrendous. I ordered using the app, was given a pick up time, and then after waiting 10 minutes longer than my pick up time I inquired. I was told that their system has been«finicky» and not always sending orders through. While it’s convenient that my payment was collected but my order wasn’t processed, my real complaint isn’t about failing technology. My frustration was about the rudeness of the servers in not apologizing, taking yet another 15 minutes to make my sandwich, and not addressing the problem. If you know your system isn’t working accurately why not post a sign indicating that pick up customers might need to inquire about their orders? This isn’t rocket science, it’s customer service.

The girls here seem to run the place the best and smoothest. Gluten free bread is a bit pricey at $ 3 extra, but good food

Snarf’s food is amazing but their service is appalling. Today(Sunday at 12:30) there was one person running the register and 6 employees making food. The line to order was to the door(I counted 10 people waiting to place an order) so why not put someone on the second register? We waited 15 min to place our order. Then even with the 6 employees dedicated to making food it took another 25 min to get my sandwich. To top it off, I watched as one employee who was making food repeatedly eat and drink over the food he was making. Not polite eating either. Open mouth, crumb dropping eating. It was disgusting. Sadly all of this is not a one time occurrence. Last week during a work day my husband stopped in to grab lunch. He was the first one in line as they unlocked the doors. What happened? The slew of employees made a to-go order while about 8 people in the store waited for their food. My husband waited about 30 min for his food that day too. This is all so sad because even though the food rocks, there is no reason you should wait 20 – 30 min for a sandwich with so many employees waiting. Sorry Snarf’s but Boulder has way too many food options for your service to be so crappy.

I have been here several times and I’ve ordered several dozen subs and I’m always impressed. My favorite sandwich is the Italian. If you have kids then get them the pb with honey and banana sandwich. It’s fantastic and I still get it every once in a while. The place is right next to a coffee ship too which is nice. A little old inside but a funky atmosphere. The food also comes out in 5 – 10 minutes with a large cloud which helps with lunch hour.

The food is excellent, service is terrible. Last time I ordered delivery I waited two hours and my food was never delivered, but at least they refunded me. Despite having an incredibly busy day, I was willing to take a break rather than delivery. I should have gone elsewhere. Timeline: I arrived at 2:04pm. There was no line but the employees were talking amongst themselves. I didn’t think much of it, I would let them finish their conversation, it shouldn’t take that long. I patiently waited, made eye contact with them quite a few times and they each time continued their conversation. At 2:11pm the employee said he was ready to take orders. Despite that I waited in line, a rude customer cut right in front of me and then the employee didn’t blink an eye. It wasn’t worth confronting the individual, so I let it go. At 2:12:51pm(~9 minutes) of painfully awkwardly standing waiting for my order to be taken, despite no line and plenty of staff, I ordered my sandwich. At this point I made it aware that out of respect for others in the establishment, as well as that I don’t want the music in the restaurant to distract me while on a call, that I would be outside on a call. At 2:30 I went inside, despite being on the phone still, to see if my sandwich was ready. It wasn’t on the counter, so I went back outside to wrap up my call. At 2:37pm I finished up my call and went back inside. I asked to see if my sandwich was ready, and an employee said«Oh, I called your name multiple times. It’s been back here for a while now.» 33 minutes from start to finish, with a near-empty store, to get the one sandwich. Between now two less-than-optimal experiences at Snarf’s I feel as if this review is warranted. Again, the food is excellent, but the service is frustrating as can be. All the while, not one employee noticed that the water basin for scooping ice cream had been overflowing all over the ground for the entire 33 minutes I was at the establishment.

Snarf’s makes THEBEST vegetarian sandwiches. Without a doubt, my favorite sandwich of all time. I’m new to this particular location, but I used to frequent their Capital Hill shop. This one is HUGE. At first I was confused as to why they had so much seating, but then I remember how good their sandwiches are and it all made sense. The people who work here and make the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted are all super amazing too. They’re always so nice. I wish I knew one of them in real life so I could learn their secrets. As far as recommendations go, I’d say try the Vegetarian with everything. It’s amazing. In fact, order a 12 inch and take some home because I promise you’ll want more later. Also, they have a mobile app that you can use to order ahead. It’s so convenient and it even saves your customizations. Just another thing I LOVE about Snarf’s.

I used to come here a lot when I had colleagues who«loved to lunch». It’s not quite as conveniently located to my new office, but still just as snarfy! Bread is delish… the smell makes me swoon as soon as I walk in the door, but thankfully lacks that«plastic» smell that hits you in the face at Subway. Alas, I am a rut kin of girl… tuna is my sandwich of choice, and Snarfs does theirs quite well. But if you are a snob like me, don’t forget to ask for Swiss cheese or you’ll end up with evil American! All in all, a good value for a quick lunch.

I’ll scarf down a Snarf’s dish any day. So far I’ve tried two of their salads and I love how much protein they pack them with. Shaved meat, hard boiled eggs, bacon… this will fill you up. Add to that fresh veggies and tasty dressings and ding ding! You have a winner. Ordering was quick and painless on a Saturday afternoon, with plenty of outdoor seating options.
