5:11pm Ordered turkey avocado bacon, broccoli cheese and chicken noodle soup. Everything tasted great, no more subway for me. This place is clean and very friendly. Will come here again. Very happy customer!

I have had good experiences in the past with to go sandwiches from this Quizno’s location but today’s experience was rough to say the least. The guy at the register spoke rudely to me for no apparent reason. I kindly mentioned to him that I had been treated well here previously. His response to this was indescribably rude. Horrible. I will not ever eat here again after this. Rudeness for no reason is not something customers should ever have to put up with. The sandwich was decent… but I can make a better one at home! .

I’m absolutely flabbergasted at what I just, like 15-minutes-ago-just, experienced. This is quite possibly in the top ten of my worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I entered the store to purchase two breakfast sandwiches. The employee was standing behind the counter with her cell phone wedged between her ear and shoulder and was having a conversation via speaker phone. They were speaking Spanish so I couldn’t tell if it was an urgent«Mom is in the hospital, can you call dad?» type call or not. She didn’t hang up, put the phone down, or make any attempt to do so. Instead she took my order and made it while on the phone the entire time, continuously talking with her caller. She rang me up for the order, and it was for one sandwich. I asked her where the other one was, and she gave me a dumb blank stare. I said that if she hung up the phone and paid attention that she would have heard. She sort of giggled and went on to make the sandwich WITHOUTHANGINGUPEVE! I left completely baffled. Had there been a place that had breakfast nearby I would have left within the first minute of listening to her jabber away while I was deciding on my choice. Class act, Quizos.

I went here for lunch with $ 1 off coupon for a choose two meal with a drink and chips. I don’t understand how Quizno’s works. I was expecting something more like Subway, where I can see what’s going on my sandwich, but the signs at this Quizno’s make it impossible to tell what they have available as ingredients. I also couldn’t understand the sandwich maker – I don’t think English is her first language and when I, not knowing what’s standard on a sandwich, asked for no mayonnaise, she held up vinegar dressing. It was even more confusing. When I got to the cashier, I didn’t get charged the combo price. Instead, I was charged for the individual drink, individual chips, and the choose two for $ 5 meal. While I had the $ 1 coupon, if I knew I was going to be charged individually for the drink and chips, I’d have forgone the chips. Overall, I don’t understand Quizno’s, neither their menu and ordering, nor the way they charge.
