Subway

We went here for $ 5 footlong lunch and as usual it was great. The service was fast and friendly and the food was made great!

I am not normally a fan of Subway. The ingredients aren’t that great, and I’ve gotten sick from food at a couple of them.
Not at this location!
I was pressed for time and money one day, and decided to bite the bullet and take a chance on Subway, just this once. I’m glad I did.
While the ingredients were the standard things one gets at Subway, everything was fresh and clean. No old manky lettuce, or wilted, smushy olives. And the staff there actually put the sandwiches together like they care about the end product.
I’ve actually found myself going back a couple times a week for lunch.
The staff are amazing — every one of them. They can move a line of 20+ people in maybe ten minutes. And I’ve _​never_​had my order wrong, not once. They manage to make tasty sandwiches out of Subway ingredients, and they work like _​machines_​. I’ve rarely seen any workplace so efficient.
And the place is spotless!
I thought, after my experiences there, that maybe Subway had just gotten better. Sad to say, it’s just this store — and maybe a few other stores where the employees take pride in their work.
But if you’re in Boulder, and need a fast, cheap, tasty lunch, consider this location. There’s places you can get better sandwiches, certainly, but this Subway gets you the Fast and Cheap on the golden triangle, while not being bad.

Just a nice little Subway Sandwich shop. There are a few tables inside and a few tables outside to sit and eat. There is plenty of parking in this small strip mall. The store front is elevated, but there are stairs and a ramp. My sandwich was standard and my cookie was fresh :)
