I would give this place half a star if I could. 0 maybe. They’ve simply forgotten to bring me a sandwich before, and TWICE now a delivery driver has either quit or gone home early, making it so I cant get my food. Not to mention, THEYLACKTHEABILITYTOFUCKINGREFUNDIT, FORWHATEVERFUCKINGREASON, and they just don’t give a shit about doing their jobs as far as I can tell.

Just stopped at Jimmy Johns on Arapahoe to order a sandwich and the counter person said, «You have to wait twenty minutes, we don’t have any bread»…this was after taking my order and I had given him my credit card…

This place has the worst customer service. Person taking order didn’t speak English. Driver passed by me in my parking lot at work three times as I was waving him down, still couldn’t get me my sandwich. I would love to comment on the quality of sandwich, but the driver never returned with it. I was charged for my non-sandwich.

I have been pleased with every Jimmy Johns except this one. They have messed up a single sandwich order and been over an hour and a half late, and I will not order from them again. Maybe if you go into the store you’ll have a better experience? But I have used them for delivery three times and won’t again.

As I was ordering for my food to be DELIVERED! The guy was telling he doesn’t know how long it will take my food to be delivered because their delivery was just now coming to work??? Umm okay. and then 30 minutes later they called me back and tell me to pick up my food!!! Like aren’t you known for you«FAST» delivery??? Shouldn’t you always have a delivery person on duty?? Plus when I went to pick it up he charged me for delivery too!!! When I ask for the delivery fee back he sighed and said I GUESS!!! Wow screw that not eating here again EVER!

This is a pretty general complaint about jimmy johns. I use to eat at jimmy johns one a week. One time I ordered a sub here for lunch to be delivered across the street. I was at work and couldn’t leave the office. An hour later my sub still wasn’t around. I called the location about 5 or 6 times, it would ring a few times and then hang up. The delivery guy came almost two hours later. When I mentioned how long it took he just goes, «oh yeah. We were really busy…» No apology. No compensation. And a soggy sandwich on top of it! I called corporate and complained about the service. Gave my information and the customer service rep told me someone would call me back within 24 hrs. A year later and I still never got a call! The customer service of this establishment is absolutely appalling. Recently, my work ordered from jimmy johns and utilized their box lunch. I haven’t had them since my last issue but I was looking forward to giving them another chance. They were about 20 minutes late delivering our order that we pre-ordered a week in advance. And on top of it they got my order wrong. I asked for the Italian sandwich(the Vito) and instead I got the vegetarian. Other people in our group noticed their orders were wrong as well. I am so over this place. I will never order subs from them again. They’re definitely not«freaky fast.» Jimmy johns, you always are great at disappointment.

It regularly takes them over an hour to deliver your food. Slogan should be «Subs so slow you’ll freak out and die» Attitudes at the shop when inquiring about your extremely late order were offensive and standoffish. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice… Not again!

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten an order right from this place. Not only doesn’t always take them 1+ hour to deliver, they always get it wrong. The always forget my drink and chips, or give me the wrong order.

I’ve always gone to jimmy johns because of the wonderful soft and delicious bread. The bread today was hard and tasted like day old bread. When we complained, they said they’ve changed the bread recipe. Boo jimmy johns. Won’t be back!

This is Jimmy Johns, so it tastes like Jimmy Johns, but that’s about all that’s good about this location. I get this every so often because I work nearby. I never had a problem until the last six months, in which they’ve messed up my order once and given me the entirely wrong sandwich twice. The most recent time I meant to watch them make it to be sure it was correct, but ended up chatting to the very nice person at the register while her co-worker made the sandwich. Since there was only one other person in the restaurant I figured it was fine since there was no rush. However, I got home to find that my #13 gourmet veggie had triple cheese(?), ONE tomato, no guacamole, and was missing the hot pepper is asked them to add – I asked twice. I usually enjoy getting Jimmy Johns for something good when I’m in a rush or forgot my lunch, but I’ll have to remember I can’t do that in Boulder anymore.

They’re great for a quick sandwich, but definitely order online. They are SO rude on the phone. If you ask to speak with a manager, he will be the rudest one. If you are put on hold, you’ll inevitably hear the employees screaming(I mean, SCREAMING) at each other in the background. Classy. Great if you want a fast delivery, but the customer service could not possibly be worse than it is.

Never again. What happened to freaky fast delivery? As I write this review, it’s been 33 minutes since I received my confirmation email, and 38 minutes since I made the order… still no sandwich. Worst part about it is I called to find out what happened, and I was left on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up, called back. Whoops. They’re yelling at each other. Never again.

This place is pretty good when ordering in, but hit or miss(and I mean miss by a long shot) when you get it delivered. Under most circumstances you can get your food delivered except that one time where it was close to closing time, they said they would deliver but simply didn’t! When I called the next day, they did deliver the food. I filed a complaint with the general manager the next day but never heard back.

Terrible customer service! The guy answering the phone was extremely short with me, and had no personal skills whatsoever. I work in the service industry, and I’m usually lenient. This service, however, is just ridiculously bad. I ordered my sandwich an hour and 15 minutes ago. Still haven’t received it.

After waiting and hour for my food, it arrived with literally a minuscule amount of lettuce on it. Not a huge deal at all, but if I wanted hard bread and a wrong order, I would have just ate at the hospital cafeteria … I can’t leave cause my 3 month old son is in critical condition, the only thing I need is food I can eat… Sadly still searching for my lettuce :/they could have at least comped our meal.

Out of the 2 Jimmy Johns in Boulder, this is the best one. Obviously there can’t really be too much difference but since this one doesn’t cater to the campus area as much, they aren’t as rushed. For me, it’s the hot peppers. Every time I get delivery from this one, there is never any funky pieces of hot pepper. They’re always from the middle of the pepper, with minimal rind, seeds and stems. The tomatos are ALWAYS center cut and bright red. Haven’t run into any green/yellow ones. As far as Jimmy Johns goes, this is my favorite one!

I can appreciate a good hero, hoagie, or submarine just about anywhere, but to my surprise I found an amazingly fresh and tasty sandwich at my neighborhood jimmy Johns. I had never been to jimmy Johns before a week ago and I basically expected your typical fast food sub shop affair, but with the convience of fast delivery. To my surprise I found a clean restaurant with happy employees and a place that was actually a joy to be in(unlike cheeba hut among others). When i ordered my sandwich I was pleased to find amazingly ripe tomatoes, crunchy green lettuce, succulent cucumbers and tasty sprouts. Even chains like subway don’t get the fresh ingredients that I expect and it was nice to see the attention to detail at jimmy Johns. The veggies were fresh, bread was just crunchy and soft enough to work with the coldcuts, and the meat was pretty standard deli meat. The thing that will make me keep coming back to jimmy Johns isn’t necessarily there fast service or cheap prices, but it’s the fresh ingredients and awesome tasting subs that nail it for me. I can now say after being a first timer here a week ago that I love jimmy Johns.

I learned about this place because my workplace has ordered from them for company events. I’m impressed by the taste and quality, and as others have remarked, the _incredible_speed with which they complete your order. Generally, by the time I’ve finished paying, my order is complete within ten more seconds. The folks at this particular location(the only one I’ve tried) are friendly, and haven’t yet made a mistake on my order. I generally spend about as much as I would at McDonald’s, but get better food, and faster service.
