Domino’s Pizza

Make sure you call and find out how long delivery is going to be. I made the mistake of ordering online and it gave me an estimate of 55 – 60 minutes. 60 minutes later I called to see what was up and they said it was going to be another 45 – 60 minutes. I turned into angry customer mode and Frank was able to turn the situation around. I won’t go into details.
I have to give props to this location for their customer service.
Dominos Pizza is pretty standard but they have really kicked it up a notch.
Weird to review such a large chain on Unilocal but as I said previously, they went above and beyond for me.

Been getting the xtra large philly steak pizza and Frank has been the one to make it. Everytime I order online it always says frank is making my pizza and he makes a damn good pizza. We love frank!

Absolutely astounded at the delivery speed. I placed my order online at 6:08PM (half cheese /​half peperoni and an order of wings) and at 6:14PM my doorbell rang.
Based on the mere fact that I can summon food to my house within 6 minutes alone earns this place 5 stars. Somehow Dominoes bent the time-​space continuum to deliver food in less time it takes for me to preheat my oven.
The pizza itself was passable and the wings were edible, but they earned 5 stars from me by through sheer speed. Wow.

I have spent hundreds on Domino’s, as I was a frequent, return customer. Today I had my order delivered, after paying online. I immediately went outside to await the delivery man the moment the website notified me that it was being delivered. My cellphone was not working, so I left instantly. I waited 40 minutes at 1:00 am with no show. I went inside and the order status read, «delivered». I called Domino’s, but was then told: I was wrong, the driver had come by, and he didn’t see me. The man on the phone said he would send out my order again. Over 20 minutes later, only part of my order arrived, with the food cold, and not even an apology for the inconvenience. I tipped the man 25% anyway, as I always tip fairly well, especially when I order so late.
This will be my last purchase from Domino’s. I recommend you go elsewhere, particularly stay away from this location. The manager lied to me, accused me of being at fault, and made no effort towards accommodating me. I can only assume the driver called my phone before driving by. Realizing my phone wasn’t working, he didn’t even bother to look. This Domino’s has no respect for their customers. I have no tolerance for a company/​business with no regard for loyalty, integrity, or professionalism. I will be taking my business to Cosmos from now on.

Good cheap pizza, but don’t waste your money adding extra/​double/​triple toppings. I ordered two pizzas and one had a triple meat and it actually had LESS than the regular portion. Really frustrating to order and pay extra for triple meat and still get exactly one slice of sausage per slice.

This Dominos location is so good– I’m writing this review about it! First off, it’s really awesome looking inside. It’s aesthetically pleasing, and incredibly clean. Every single employee there greeted us in one way or another– one even randomly gave us a movie suggestion to enjoy with our pizza! The service was fast, and our pizzas were delicious! I am especially a fan of Dominos because they offer gluten-​free pizza!!! So happy to see a chain respecting the more uncommon allergies :)

Best run Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from.
I’ve got a fetish for Domino’s thin crust but through my years and travels I’ve had to order from many different stores; this one is by far the best. Even at 7pm on a Friday they can get a pizza to my door in about an hour. My go-​to order is pretty specific and they’ve only missed the extra sauce once… though maybe it was just someone else’s definition of extra sauce.
Fun fact, this and many other area Domino’s are owned by the same guy that owns The Med and Brassiere Ten Ten downtown.

Cosmos was such grinches about our need for nuggets! Dominoes is all about customer service. Pizza and nuggets were excellent!
