ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration

I called these guys more than once. First time was early in the week in the beginning of the big flood on Sept.10, 2013 in Boulder. I called them around 6pm that Tuesday night and ECOS said they’d have someone over in an hour, and would call before coming. Three hours later, no one had shown up. I ended up helping two neighbors for many hours that night to prevent the rain from running into their finished basements, but I also kept an eye on my home’s crawlspace (below my finished basement) and my phone. No calls from ECOS, no one came.
I called again the following day and I was told they now had 50 calls ahead of me! What??? I had given their name to both my neighbors on Tuesday night too who also called and they too were told there would be someone over in an hour, and no one came to their houses either. By Thursday, we were all drowning in flooded crawlspaces and flooded basements. If it wasn’t for my wet vac, another neighbor with a wet vac, and a friend of one neighbor with a portable sump pump, we all would have had way more damage.
ECOS, you guys are totally unreliable and none of us will ever try calling you guys again!
