Awful! My clothes came back with the same spots and wrinkles! Looked hardly touched. Somewhat pressed but not really. How does this cleaner stay in business?

Don’t go here! If you do, you will need: a) a lot of money, b) a backup dress/​suit, c) time, d) an IRON!!! I took a dress to dry clean (it was about $ 14), which came back ruined. When I pointed it out, they hesitantly offered to either reimburse me or to fix it. I refused to be reimbursed and said I would bring it the next day (because I had to wear it or something else that day). Then, when I got home to inspect if there were other damages, I noticed that the dress was wrinkled like it had come out of a dryer. Soooo… spent money, now I have a ruined dress, AND I had to iron it??? Read your Unilocal reviews (which I should have done). This is beyond poor quality. I don’t think they can be trusted to «fix» anything, considering they don’t do a good job in the first place, and that they don’t double-​check their work, so I think I’ll pass that offer.

The prices seemed fair and everything went smoothly. I like leaving things to the last minute, so this place is perfect. Stop by the video station while you wait across from this place in the parking lot, best rental place in Boulder.

Love this place but just don’t take stuff in on Saturday’s and expect it the same day unless you want to pay a premium for your cleaning.
Otherwise, pick ups on M-​F are priced fairly. In by 9am. out by 5pm with no hassles.
Ya … you can find a cheaper cleaner but it’s same day service and my shirts always look good.

This place is fine, I’ve been going here for years to get my shirts done, in by 9am, out by 5pm, $ 2.25 a shirt. Place is fine, despite the other reviews.

They really shouldn’t advertise themselves as a 1 Hr Cleaner. I have tried to go there for some last minute jobs and they promise over 24 hours later. If you ask for it to be done before then they sigh then tell you «it’s going to be a rush then». If you aren’t a 1 hour cleaner, don’t call yourself that.
I won’t be returning there as they send a false message and the customer service (sighs and all) put a negative impression on me.
