Left this review on BBB as well. I hate to say the problem lies with FedEx, it really seems as though this location is run badly and Craig seems to think that his will takes precedence over that of FedEx corporate.
I was expecting a package that many of my customers were relying on receiving today (Wed 8.26.15). The package was delivered while I was dropping my son off for school and I hadn’t been told by the shipper that a signature would be required.
I missed the delivery, so I called FedEx customer service to have the package held and was given 3 options of places to have it held. I chose one and was given a confirmation number to confirm that it would be held and that they would call me when it arrived so that I could go and pick it up.
Craig, from the Boulder facility apparently decided that he knew better and called to let me know that he would not in fact have my package held– I would have to pick it up the next day. I tried to call Craig back, but the Boulder facility doesn’t have a phone to receive calls from customers.
I called FedEx customer service again, and this time was told by the rep that he would simply have the driver re-​deliver the package. Not trusting the Boulder facility, I asked the customer service rep if there was any way at all that the facility or driver might refuse to deliver the package again. He said «no, it shouldn’t be a problem at all». But, no package!
Now I have no idea if my package will be held, redelivered, etc. AND MY business will suffer because of this horrible lack of communication and apparently rogue dispatcher/​driver who has decided that he is not in this business to accommodate anyone – even if corporate customer service tells the customer that she will be accommodated with either a hold or a re-​delivery. There is no reason that one of those things couldn’t have happened today.
I am left with no way to reach the Boulder facility, no idea where my package is, nor do I know when/​if it will be delivered tomorrow. My 3^rd and final call to customer service didn’t help either. The rep also could not tell me when/​where or how I would now get my package. Whoever is running this show should be replaced!

It’s a little difficult to find but when I arrived they were helpful. My packed needed to be re-​boxed and they gladly obliged. Also, there wasn’t a line! That is always a pleasant surprise.

Terrible. Will not porch or leave packages with my neighbor. Call center acts confused about leaving packages with neighbor. unable to get clear communication from them.
Lots of menus that you have to click through when calling on the phone, took a few minutes to talk to a live person. Took over 8 minutes to just ask them to leave it with a neighbor.

I ship many small packages, and sometimes big ones. Once in a while, my bike. I trust FedEx with my stuff, they’ve lost a package once, out of thousands. Everytime I come in here, the staff is friendly and helpful. More than once they’ve helped me find a cheaper way to ship something, even though I get a ginormous discount. (I was serious about the «thousands» of packages). I’ve never been disappointed. And, free boxes! And an iPhone app for tracking your shipments!
