Down to earth in a geeky gamer way. While I’ve only been in there a half a dozen times over the past few years, mostly to get my nephew giftsnand now to get my own games. They treat me nicely, listen to my very naïve questions and are very approachable (no attitudes). Even though it’s a franchise, it feels like a ma and pa kind of shop.

Elitist, unhelpful, lazy, snobby-​gamers: Apply within
I asked them to help me out with a reservation for a game, but at another store out-​of-​state, and the short guy with black-​framed glasses was dismissive and unhelpful. After about 10 minutes of him telling me he couldn’t, it took him 5 minutes and a phone call to help me out, sorry to make you work.
