well, I’ll put in a way more positive review. I’ve used these guys 3 times in the last 8 years and every closing has been smooth as silk. No mistakes, very efficient, very easy. My last one was just today and it went off without a hitch. Perhaps it’s just the luck of the draw of what particular closing agent you get but for me, it was all good.

I wish they had negative stars. Our sellers chose this and the title person A messed up three times. they take zero accountability or blame for their own mistakes. Beyond inept and they should be ashamed to be licensed. I can assure you our brokers said they will never, ever use these folks. The agent was awful, three mistakes in less than 24 hours and zero remorse — cannot believe she has a license. They are borderline fraudulent as they state you are done and all is godd each time you come in and fixe their mistake — yet they happily took their fee. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM UNTIL MANAGEMNET FIXES THE PROBLEMS AT THE CANYON OFFICE. learn from our mistakes — and our brokers say this is not the first time.

They pretty much have a monopoly on doing closings in Boulder County — so you are stuck using them — and I’ve used them several times in the last 10 years. On a recent transaction they messed up the wire transfer several times and it took almost 5 days to sort it out. When you are dealing with high dollar transactions, that is totally unacceptable.
