Good grief, I didn’t know what I was about to eat! These tacos are fresh and tasty with just the right amount of spice. I came across them by accident, but next time it will be on purpose. The Lightning taco was awesome…

I love these tacos. Sure, it is a simple menu, all one size, all with soft, warmed, white corn tortillas, but that is fine with me. After all, it is just a cart on the Mall. He can serve a lengthy lunch line quickly by keeping it simple. My Al Pastor today was very flavorful, chocked full of meat, with onions, cilantro and nice sauce. And as a true cilantro lover, there was even enough to satisfy me.
I like to get a casual, small, inexpensive, healthy lunch like this on the Mall. In the summer it is nice to eat on the Courthouse lawn or benches, just across from the cart. The tacos are so full, you should grab a fork for the spill out.
I am glad to have this cart in the mix on the Mall.

The best tacos I’ve had in a long time! Tasty, fresh ingredients, and a real bargain at just a few dollars for each one. Sometimes we visit Sanitas just for a chicken and green chile taco!

Best. Taco. Ever. I got the chicken and kale salad taco a couple weeks ago. It was fresh, flavorful, filling, affordable, and original. And I only got one taco, which absolutely will not be the last one!

Picked up 3 tacos and some chips and salsa from the McDevitt attached to Sanitas. The tacos were delicious. I had two beef and a chicken. Perfect compliment with the Sanitas beer!
Next time I am in Boulder, I’ll stop in for more than one meal!

Talk about fast & friendly service with the best tasting food, WOW! This place is a must for anyone visiting Boulder. Heck, I’m coming to Boulder next time just to have a taco! Highly recommend.

Held on to a groupon for to long and presented it and he accepted it with no problem. Had the roasted pork taco and the chicken taco. This guy does the street taco name proud. They were packed full of meat and the tortillas were delicious wrapped around it,
The green sauce that accompanied it was robust with so much flavor. His meats are moist and I can’t wait to try them all.
The grass deck to eat your tacos on I love rubbing it. Get a coke as well.
He’s super friendly when in Boulder and he’s out I know where ill be going.

Current Ranking: #8 out of 9
Food: Not that great, it tasted very over seasoned with cumin. Beef and pork are ground beef and ground pork, dripping with grease. Maybe it was just that day. I need to go back and try the shrimp and chicken tacos.
Service: Super friendly and quick, couldn’t ask for anything more.
Atmosphere: It’s outside which makes it great especially on a beautiful CO day. And there is plenty of seating around

Had the chicken green chile tacos. They were excellent. Walked by this cart a lot, but hadn’t tried till now. Will definitely stop again! I highly recommend you do the same.

Spring has sprung! And so have I. McDevitt taco supply on Pearl Street. Hands down the best taco I’ve ever had. Corned beef tacos for St. Patty’s day?! What?! This place is so good I may move to Boulder.

Bradford is the hands-​down, taco master! Kudos to him for starting small and making some of the most delicious street tacos I’ve ever tried outside of Mexico. He knows how to bring fresh, delicious flavors front and center. Stop by next time you’re on Pearl Street… you will not be disappointed!
He uses the best quality spices from Savory Spice Shop, too… nice work!

Fabulous tacos! A friend and I ordered all 3 tacos (sweet potato, steak, shrimp) and they were simply delicious. My good friend diverted me from a trip to Illegal Pete’s and I’m sure glad he did. Ingredients were fresh, the sauces were tasty, and Bradford had us sample his new buffalo chicken taco too.
They are located right in front of the courthouse on the Pearl St mall — do yourself a favor and stop by for lunch!

One of my favorite business owners in boulder! Both the black pepper steak and chorizo tacos have been amazing, and the tacos are excellently priced for their awesome quality. Most certainly something you should try. Who doesnt love tacos?

One of the best values for lunch on the Pearl Street mall. Seems like you can’t get lunch for less than $ 8 and most of the time that’s a sandwich or slice of pizza. You can get one if you just want a snack or 3 for a deal if you want a bigger meal.
The tacos are fresh, hot and delicious. I dig the steak and shrimp the most!

I tried all 3 tacos: the steak, sweet potato & black bean and shrimp. I do think the tortillas could be better, but the fillings were top notch. The sweet potato taco is good if you’re vegetarian or looking for something sweet. The steak and shrimp tacos were both delicious and well-​seasoned.
The tacos are definitely more of a snack than a meal. I would have to eat at least 6 of them to be full. At 3 for $ 8 or 1 for $ 3, it would end up being pretty pricey.
The nice gentleman making the tacos was polite, patient and gave good life advice.

A must try!
This place is awesome! We went downtown for the farmers market today and needed a snack before we started out shopping… these tacos hit the spot!
We met a guy eating the steak taco and he said he loved it! My sister and I had the sweet potato and black bean taco that was delicious and filling. They even used separate utensils and grilling space for the vegetarian option! The avocado sauce and fresh herbs really topped them off.
The guys who made the tacos were also super friendly and inviting. We had great conversation as we ate at the bar right at the stand. Such a great experience– I think we may have to go back tomorrow for Cinco de Mayo.
So if you are anywhere near Pearl Street and hungry for some local and fresh food try McDevitt Taco Supply. This place is here to stay!!!
