This is another 1 star review that would be 0 stars if I could. They may have some decent units but proceed at your own risk. Shady info, misrepresentation, really onerous leasing terms that include what appears to be misleading and most likely illegal terms. YOUHAVEBERNFAIRLYWARNED! Step very lightly with eyes wide open with these guys. THEYARERIPOFFARTISTS!

Don’t do it! My Boulder Rental guaranteed that our house(the maple house) would be done before school started and that we could most likely move in early. But as summer progressed the work on the house did not. I would run by daily and see no work being done. It is sad that a McDonalds can be built faster than this apartment complex. The main woman who runs them is probably the biggest liar of them all and continued to email us all summer that everything was«okay» and we «shouldn’t worry» and then a week after she tells us that due to «unknown» flood damage the building would be done in October. At least buy me dinner before you screw me like that. All I can say is don’t give them the satisfaction of renting one of their properties. Literally rent from anywhere else and I mean literally anywhere else.

My experience is exactly as the review by Deborah C. As such, their dominance in the area leads to few alternatives. There is next to no response when called or emailed. Unfortunately, My Boulder Rental and its’ employees make themselves impossible to reach in a timely manner other than to perhaps drive to their offices which ridiculous. No main office number either.

Don’t be tricked into renting from this property management company. In my opinion, very overpriced for what you’re getting and they nickel and dime you for everything. They trick you with high end finishes but the construction is very cheap. The deposit is very very high and they slap you with every kind of charge imaginable on the way out. The are hoping that college students with out of state parents will pay the bill and go away. You’ve been warned!
