Told me they could not look up transaction by card for return of unused boots but somehow found it when I insisted they swipe my card. Never go here if you insist on great customer service.

They are the best pet shop in Boulder. The staff is friendly, prices are more than fair, and they love when I bring my dog in. They also have their rewards program to save you money. They have a great selection with lots of Colorado companies. The staff is super knowledgable about their products too and their always happy to give out advice on food and supplements when my dog is having diet problems. Also my dog loves stopping in for his free doggie lunch that they do every Saturday.

All of the employees at this store are wonderful, friendly and very helpful! Their prices are better than any place in town and their brand of pet food Wild Calling is great, super high in quality protein and all of the dogs I work with love it! They are very picky eaters, we used to feed them orjen and switched to this food because of the probiotics and the dogs always eat very last piece. They have an awesome variety of treats and bones, all of great quality. The staff is happy to help you find exactly what you need and if they don’t have it they do their best to get it. I asked for the tiny z-​bones, and when there were none on the shelf they ordered a box in right away! This is a newer store but since they have opened I have seen new items constantly coming to the shelves. They also have great events for you and your pets and a doggie lunch every Saturday. My boyfriend and I love this store and will continue to go hear over the dozen other natural pet stores we have visited in the Denver metro area.

Nice store with nice people. Sadly they are selling treats from China and India, some with vague or no labeling.
EVERY other high end pet store in Boulder has policies against carrying these products– look around and talk with people if you wonder why. Even Target is pulling all treats from China off their shelves.
Dry, low end crumbling rawhide rolls from China are embarasment in a pet store these days, especially in Boulder Colorado. Take out the trash.

We took our dog to get his teeth cleaned here yesterday. We had a meeting from 10 – 1 and could not wait with him while they were cleaning his teeth. The teeth cleaners were only here 10 – 12 Sabrina, manager, made the cleaning possible by letting Charlie hangout at the store with her. We dropped him off at 9:30 and picked him up at 1:30 So nice and helpful of her to take care of him at the strode. She also fed him lunch! Really great customer service.

Although this place is a little difficult to get to, it’s well worth it. I went in during my lunch break to buy some more food for my little Pit buddy, and they were more than helpful. Everyone there (including the new person), was passionate about animals and their dietary needs. Pricing is a little higher than those chain stores, but with the ambiance and the knowledge (and the customer service) makes this visit well worth it!!!
