Erik was our salesperson and came across very honest and helpful. He explained everything about our purchase. Sure, other mattress companies had a nicer showroom but Erik offered the best price and was very like-able. So why not five stars? The delivery was well below my expectations. They did not install the Mattress Braces for the adjustable foundation so the bed moves off of the frame when adjusting. They also did not go over how to use the bed and only programed one remote. They seemed to be in a hurry to start their weekend and cut corners. Other than the Delivery I would say everything was Awesome. I would recommend Matter Firm but be prepared for a sub par delivery service. I would have expected more of a white glove delivery service when spending the amount we did.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Ben sold me with no hassle while Zane followed up and made sure everything was correct. Highly recommend working with Mattress Firm if you’re looking for the best service. Oh — they also will match any deal around! FYI — go to this location not the other in Boulder.
