Sunglass Hut

There is a good selection of athletic sunglasses and trendy lenses at this location. Remember there is a more ‘high fashion’ store up the block in the same mall.

We stopped at Sunglass Hut this weekend while shopping on 29^th Street. Unfortunately we did not buy anything but the sales rep, Justin, was very nice and not pushy. He offered to clean the sunglasses we were wearing and had water and candy for shoppers.

John was soo good to us that we bought 2 pairs of Ray Bans. A true expert in the field, he knows it all… even what looks best with your face and energy. I will never buy sunglasses anywhere else.

I purchased some sunglasses here a few weeks ago and the staff were friendly and helpful. I witnessed another customer exchange a pair they recently purchased, and they were treated well by the manager. I am giving 4 starts because their prices are a bit high, but that’s true for every Sunglass Hut.

I have had two terrible experiences here. I was literally bullied to not return my sunglasses at the 29^th street location and instead return at Flatirons so the 29^th street store doesn’t get hit with the return.
I was also basically yelled at for not returning in MN where I originally got them as a gift.
Every time I go in there they are so rude unless you are purchasing right then and there.
The last time I went there was to return a pair of Dior sunglasses that ended up being really really heavy if you wear them for too long. Of course I got the whole disappointment act for the return. Then they basically rejoiced when they found that I did not have the original cloth that the glasses came in. They told me I could not return them because they were not with every piece of original packaging. I offered to be billed for the cloth or purchase a new one. They refused and were so rude during this encounter, other customers were looking over.
The next time I buy sunglasses, I will walk next door to Solstice. I am really shocked that this is how both manager and assistant manager behave at this Sunglasses branch.
