We received a notice from the City of Lafayette about clearing the overgrown shrubs and bushes that were obstructing the sidewalks in front and to the side of our home. It was a monumental job and we needed help fast! I had noticed the Magic Fairy coupons and had saved the latest one so decided to call to see if they could help us under the «$ 99 for 2 hours of garden clean-​up offer.» Todd arrived very early in the morning and completed the job efficiently and professionally! We were very pleased with their services and will probably hire them again in the future.

This is a review of my limited contact with this company. When I saw their BoCo «deal» for $ 30 an hour for housecleaning some time ago, I thought it might be a typo because it was so expensive, even as a regular price. I sent a message to the company asking politely whether $ 30 an hour was the regular price or the sale price. The owner sent back an angry, defensive email accusing me of harassing her and threatening to report me, whatever that means. I was stunned at how unprofessional and irrational the response was, so I never contacted the company again. Based on this experience and the high price, I would never use this company!

Extremely disappointed.
I thought these were pros and had a full house pre market prep cleaning done by them. Extremely disappointed by the outcome. A few items were prioritized like blinds and base boards and none of them were done properly. I was charged for 12 hours of cleaning and honestly don’t know where they spent their time. Also, the communication style of the management rep is extremely unprofessional. This was a waste of a lot of money, definitely would not recommend it.
