The staff at The Ringmaker are all SO friendly and authentically concerned with customer experience. Every time I go there, Randy or Jerry are always there with a big smile and a friendly greeting. They do jewelry repair, replacement jewelry, custom jewelry and have a great selection of rings at low prices. They are my only jewelry store in Boulder!

I went in to get a new battery for my Bulova watch. The guy helped me immediately, I think it’s was the owner. Because of the quality of the watch the back was very snug getting back on and took him some effort but he was able to do it. Makes me glad I didn’t attempt it myself! And the price was very reasonable! Then I looked at some rings for my wife and he was very helpful and knowable. A good job all around! An added bonus, I got to play some tough-​o-​war with the dog while I waited for my watch.

Went to Ringmaker to have 2 rings re-​sized and 3 necklace chains repaired. The prices were reasonable and the turn-​around time was very quick! Everything is done onsite as well. My jewelry is as good as new now. Great service and nice, personal touch.

I would recommend Randy «the ringmaker» to anyone and everyone! He was the absolute best. We stumbled upon him after going engagement ring shopping at a nearby mall. Unlike so many other stores, he educated us, there was no sales pressure, AND he helped us explore options and look through catalogues. We ended up designing a custom ring based off a picture we found online and the ring turned out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! A+! Exceeded all expectations! He was very reasonably priced and made our custom ring in about 2 – 3 weeks. I could not speak highly enough about Randy and his staff (and the adorable dog that hangs out in their store!). A custom ring is the way to go — so special! Thanks again Randy for all your help. I am over the moon with my ring!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! My engagement ring needed to be sized and they did a perfect job — you would never know they made it three sizes larger! They were also super fast (I dropped it off at noon on Tuesday and had it by 4PM on Wednesday when other places were quoting me two weeks). They were also very helpful and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be utilizing them in the future!

My fiancé and I went to the Ringmaker so I could design my engagement ring. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, and I love that there are resident dogs in the store! My ring turned out beautifully, and we plan to have them make my wedding band as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting gorgeous custom jewelry.
