This is the worst UPS Store that I have been to. The guys obviously do not know what they are doing. They are nice enough but have no idea how to run this business, or about shipping in general. After telling me to ship via UPS, they ended up shipping my items via USPS. While this might have been a communication problem of some sort, my package was then left at their facility for several days before being picked up. It has been two weeks and my package has still not delivered. When I called for help they told me they could do nothing for me and gave me no alternative path for resolution. I went down to the store to get further asisstance but I waited patiently for ten minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. There was only one other customer in the store. Horrible service. Save yourself the trouble, find another UPS Store location for you shipping needs.

One of the larger UPS stores I’ve been too. Office was open on time and Judy was very helpful. Will continue to come here.

If you are going to make a show of taking someone’s email address to send them a tracking number, and even writing it down in your own handwriting, it would be a good idea not to screw up and never deliver the promised email. It would be even better if you apologized for the error when the customer is forced to follow up, rather than try to ignore it.

Unfortunately, very disappointed that I have gone there on several occasions at their 8am weekday opening time to find they were not open. On each occasion, after waiting 10 minutes, I left and drove across town to another location. Maybe they are good later in the day? I would think that a UPS store would need to uphold certain standards in order to be a UPS franchise, but I am not well informed of those particular policies. Just wish they would open when they state they open.
