This place is awesome! Super friendly owners :) they also have freeze pipes which are cool! The first time I came here on a weekday with a friend, and the owner told us about the three rooms and we got to choose where to sit. It’s pretty quiet and the staff checks on you multiple times! The hours are really awesome too! Overall great place!

Literally my favorite Hookah place between Boulder and Chicago. On top of having great hookah and clean hoses, the staff is unbelievably friendly. As of now there are two options, sit in the front room where the music is consistently good, or venture to the back room where you are able to play your own music. There is a third room in the making and I’m sure it will live up to the quality of the other two rooms. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here and highly recommend it to everyone!

Cool décor, and you can change the music… And that’s about the end of the good things I have to say about this place. The pricing is volatile, to say the least… Whether they charge by hookah or by person, or some combination thereof is different every time you walk in the door(the last time I was there, the girl working register actually told us one price when we arrived and paid, and then came over to our table about an hour later to yell at us for not paying, and then tell us that we needed to pay another, higher price!!) The service is slow. Even if you are the only person in the place, be prepared to wait way longer than necessary for your pipe. And then wait and wait and… keep waiting for coals(if they come at all). Also, the pipes are disgusting. I’m not sure what, exactly, is floating around in the bases, but I’m pretty sure that there are never supposed to be chunks in water. Bubbles and water both cost. Okay, the bubbles I understand. But water?! I used to really like this place. And then one night we waited almost 45 minutes for a pipe that we had ordered and paid for. I got sick of waiting, and asked for a refund. The manager refused to refund our money, and when we explained that she was losing customers, told us that she owns the place and could care less whether or not people choose to come back after they’ve been there. So there you have it. Underground Hookah Springs is a pretty, but poorly managed hookah bar, with bad service and stuff floating in their pipes.
