Great store. Knowledgeable staff — especially in shoes and bikes. The girls at the counter are friendly and polite, unlike other store where they talk amongst themselves and barely acknowledge you. I highly recommend this family owned business.

They have what you need… But they aren’t very friendly. They are not at all involved or generous in the business of Bound Brook. Cheap…expensive…head to the highway

Surprisingly large range of availability for an independent sporting goods store. Whether you need something for yourself, a growing youth for sports or school trip needs, etc, this has become the goto first stop in getting the job done. Though convenience seems to trump any kind of price comparison shopping for most runs my impression has never been they are the cheapest solution. However, between quality, selection, and availability I know I will be coming back here for future needs as they come up.

My search for a specific-model firearm had been going on for close to a year. Product availability problems after the gun-buying craze, my own time constraints and lackluster personnel at some gun shops had me frustrated. Really wish I would have dropped by this place sooner. Not only did they have available the firearm I had been seeking, they offered it along with a small discount, in brand new condition. I was offered assistance immediately on a weekend and most importantly the 3 or 4 employees behind the counter all treated me with respect while going above and beyond sharing their knowledge about the products. Never pushy or arrogant — very important to me. The whole experience was a pleasure and I’d return to give my business. Thank you.

This place has it all and has been a staple in the community forever. The renovations they made a few years back renewed their commitment to the community. I have purchased all my kids gear for sports here and have always found their staff to be helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for.

Give this place a miss. They may have tons of items but almost all are over priced and scattered. The service there was inconsiderate at best. Last season I asked for kids gloves and the one guy that has been there for forever barely lifted his eyes to assist me and simply pointed in a general direction. That is the extent to customer service you will find at this store — F Efingers!

This place has been around forever. They have everything you could need, although their prices are a bit on the high side. It is one of those mom and pop shops that are not going anywhere anytime soon. If you are involved with a sport, they probably have what your looking for and it’s typically my first stop as I do not have patience to drive around to find out who has what I am looking for.

The group that runs the cycling department is rude and dismissive. They are extremely slow and forget that they are in a SERVICE industry. I had one guy tell me that I could take my bike elsewhere if I didn’t like the time frame. Really?! Does the boss know that you turn away business? I’m in the market for a $ 2000 bike and I would NEVER give Efingers my business.

Great local sporting goods store. Efingers has been an institution in the area since the early 1900’s. If you are into hunting, fishing, camping or other similar activites, then this is the place to go. Their selection of equipment and staff knowledge is second to none. Great selection of sporting equipment & sneakers They are also a licensed Life Is Good dealer and have a nice selection of their merchandise.
