Really great food. Garlic cheese bread is yummy and the pink pizza was fantastic. Crust is great and not too thick. The environment is BEAUTIFUL and when you walk in it looks like it will be a super pricy restaurant but it’s actually extremely affordable and surprisingly cheap. Great service and great food. I’ll be back.

Love this place. The pizza is delicious and love the desserts. One of my favorite places to eat.

I had the pear and candied pecan salad with chicken added. The salad had very little flavor. It was supposed to have fontina cheese on it, but if it was there I couldn’t taste it. The roasted chicken was so dry I could hardly swallow it. The pears where chopped into tiny pieces and they were hard, not ripe, and flavorless. I was not served any bread with the salad and for the price I paid for this lunch, I was very disappointed. The one positive note is that the server at our table was good.

We stopped here again on our way up from SLC. I forgot how much I like this place. It was 4:30 but the service was top notch even with it being dead inside and the pizza was freshly made and tasted wonderful. I would be sad if it went out of business because of other things but it would not be because of service and food quality. Every time they knock it out of the park.

Service was definitely lacking last night. Usually your side salads are worth the money. Not the case last night and they were served after the pizza was served. I think our waitress was drunk. Slurred speech and drooping eyelids. Why are there always kids of the employees in there during business hours? And they couldn’t get the POS system to work, so she gave us hand written bills and we could only pay in cash. Seemed fishy to me. I’d suggest the owners install some cameras so you can monitor your staff.

The pink pizza was excellent. I ate a large pizza by myself. Then the host recommended the chocolate calzone. This was also excellent. I will add this to one of my places to eat at when in Salt Lake.

Normally favorite pizza in all salt lake valley and north. The last trip and this one take out ordering has been very difficult. I wanted kalamata olives on two pizzas she said sure but with hesitation I asked if they had the purple olives. Se said sure their just black I don’t want regular black. How about green. Ok. So you have green olives. Sure they are just the black ones I stop and pick up order. Sitting on counter a take out menu guess what kalamata and green olives both listed on newly folded take out menu I pick up my three pizzas only to be told I’m still waiting on my wings. I am willing to pay the much extra for pizza that is not chain delivery however I also hope the service and menu is not chain delivery not this time and last wasn’t to what I have previously experienced.

We had the white pizza. ITWASSOGOOD! We also had a specialty salad. It had candied pecans and blueberries. So yummy! I definitely recommend this place! Prices were good, too.

Go here if you want quick, crappy customer service & over-priced menu items. They like to rush their customers! Oh and watch your step. My 3 year old face planted on their floor in front of the hostess & she didn’t even acknowledge the fall. Luckily she didn’t hit her face too hard or this place would be paying for the medical expenses! Then instead of asking if my daughter was okay the server who knew about the fall, was in a hurry to take the order. People like them make me shake my head & wonder how they’re still in business? Needless to say, we won’t be returning but we will tell everyone why they should NOT give Arella Pizzeria any business.

Amazing food, fabulous décor, and great customer service! Arella is the place to go in Bountiful! Italian Sodas are amazing, pear & pecan salad and the pink pizza with goat cheese is our FAV! Oh, and don’t forget a chocolate calzone for dessert! YUM!

Very disappointing experience the food is ok but the service very poor. No one acknowledged us when we walked in, we sat ourselves and waited over 10 minutes to get menus and to order. They restaurant wasn’t even busy. My pizza came out and the server almost drop it when she put the pizza in the middle of the table, our drinks were not refilled. Never going back

We stopped in this cute little restaurant on our way to Snowbasin from SLC. The pizza was fresh and delicious. They offered numerous lunch specials for every palate. The ingredients were fresh, the quality was great and the service was really nice. I had the pink pizza and thought it was really yummy. My friends ordered various different pizza, some with pepperoni others veggie pizzas — everyone really enjoyed their food. I prefer my food with a kick to it, so ask for some Franks to spice it up a little.

Tried this place a few weeks ago, and have to say I have no complaints! The service was pretty quick, and the pizza was really tasty! Glad to have them so close by! Great place for a date night.

Pretty good pizza. A little pricey but close to east coast, could use better ingredients though.

Overpriced and pizza had no flavor. Only thing going for it was the décor and even our salad was not good at all!

I just called to order take-out and they informed me that they had sent the cooks home and that the kitchen was closed because they hasn’t had a customer for an hour. I called well before the posted closing time of 10:00. What kind of establishment operates this way? We drove an hour to eat there. I have had the pizza before and it’s alright. The service was slow and the restaurant was empty. We have a gift card we were trying to use. I might just give it away. I wonder if they’ll still be in business the next time we make it up to Bountiful.

Okay… I still love this place and will continue to go, but I’m a little disappointed with the take out. I always eat at the restaurant to ensure the quality and freshness is right where I want it to be, but if you take it home the pizza steams in the box and the crust fails. Additionally the side salad for $ 7 bucks is worth about $ 2… Make a fresh one at home and save yourself some money.

My God! Smile! The people that work here need to smile. At least act friendly. It really sets the mood of the place. The food off sets the mood of the place. The pizza’s are good. Can’t beat a fire brick oven for making pizza’s. Need to come back and try the pasta dishes. Hopefully, the people that work here will cheer up by then.

Decent. Had the Arella pizza; the pears were cut a bit thick to be on this type of pizza. Bruschetta was great! I would give them one more chance but I would expect more from this place for the price.
