Excellent. My first time here and I am impressed. It is cozy and friendly. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of broccoli soup. The sandwich was more than a half and stacked tall… Not too messy but not too neat either. Soup was creamy and perfect. The homemade raspberry sticky bun was more than satisfying to end with and all for about $ 10.

I took my kids for a walk down Main St in Bountiful and ended up stopping at Bun Basket for lunch. We’ve never eaten here before, but the staff was super nice and patient with us first timers. It kind of reminds me of Naborhood Bakery at Gardner Village, but with a lot more food options. My kids both had ham stuffed breadsticks and I had the cheesy potato soup which I ended up sharing with both kids. We absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

Super nice employees and the selection is huge I particularly like the turkey, BLT with avacodo on honey wheat bread the broccoli Normandy is to die for. Also enjoy the fact that they have syrup to add to soda to make it extra good!

This is a great small-town find for an out-of-towner on a morning bike ride. I had the roast beef and Swiss and my riding buddy had bacon, egg and cheese and a vegetarian. All were excellent and the service was friendly and welcoming. No bike parking per se, but there is plenty of space to sit out on the sidewalk and enjoy your food outdoors. This is definitely going to remain a lunch or brunch stop for me.

Cheesy potato soup is a must try! I grew up on the stuff visiting the fruit heights location and still love it! The stuffed breadsticks are great and and I also love the sugar cookies. So glad to have one close to home in bountiful.

What a fun treat on my short trip to Bountiful. Location downtown on old main is great. Corner location very convenient. They sell lots of salsas, jams, honeys, etc. I got a half sandwich, soup, and a cookie. Ok the sandwich was sooooo good. Thick homemade bread. Very generous on the meat and cheese and the sprouts were so fresh and delicious. Loved it! The potato cheddar soup was to die for!!! Way better than the café zuppas soup I had the next day in SLC. This soup was super thick and creamy. Such good flavor. I wanted more! The cookie was a monster cookie bar and it was DIVINE. I LOVED it!!! Try this place out! Support local not the chains!

3 strikes, your out. I’ve given this place a fair shot — I want to support local business and each time I go I hope for a good experience but I’ve yet to have one. The entire menu is greatly overpriced, for one. I would not have so much of a problem with this if the food was worth it but it’s just not. It’s mediocre at best and the servings are small. I expect more for the price — for both lunch items and baked goods. The staff I’ve encountered on all three of my visits were both unpleasant and confused about the whole ordering process, pricing, menu specifics, etcetera. Each time I’ve been there’s always some«issue» — somebody doesn’t know what they actually serve, or how much it costs. Frustrating yet comical. Sorry Bun Basket — I’ll take my local business support elsewhere.

I do not give five stars often. Here why I did for this place. Price is five star for the super high quality of food. You can get a soup, sandwich, and a cookie or other desert for under $ 10. Location is five star. Located right on Main Street across from the tabernacle. The décor and cleanliness is five star. The service is five star. And most importantly the taste and quality of the food is five star. This place is a hidden gem in bountiful. They sale the day old baked goods for half price. Making the already reasonable and delicious food very cheap. This place has won me over, I’ll be a regular soon enough. If you’re in the area you need to come to this place

Cheese and potato soup was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Brownie was dry.

A good place for fresh soups & sandwiches. I’ve been here 3 times and its been good all three times! I do wish that they wouldn’t charge you x-tra for adding veggies to your sandwiches. The place is nice & clean. People behind the counter are helpful, not that friendly, but all in all a good place for a fresh & healthy lunch. If your sweet tooth is calling, then you can get one of their fresh baked goodies.

Not sure if these guys are fairly new or if guests just haven’t been eager to review… So I’ll be first! Service: excellent Upkeep/cleanliness: even better Food: so awesome! Everything here was truly great. I had the cheesy potato soup and loved it. I also got a cinnamon roll which was homemade and delicious. They sell homemade bread loafs and salsa that smell amazing. I’m definitely getting the rasberry salsa next time I come in!

Bun Basket is a bakery that also serves sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. I ordered a pepperoni stuffed breadstick which was okay, but certainly nothing I would order again. The breadstick was covered with butter and stuffed with pepperoni and sauce. I was hoping for a little cheese, but alas, there was none. I was really disappointed in their presentation and utensil/plate/bowl choices. My breadstick was given to me on a flimsy paper plate with plastic utensils! Hardly what I expect from a seemingly upscale bakery(the décor inside and out is nice with exposed brick). Someone ordered soup(to stay!) and it was served in a Styrofoam cup! I ordered coffee and it was also served in a Styrofoam cup(no paper branded coffee cups?). Being a bakery I expected their to be carafes of milk and cream to choose from for coffee, but the only option was a giant bottle of Coffee Mate with a pump dispenser. Totally classless for a bakery. It felt like I was in a gas station. Step it up Bun Basket! Styrofoam? Yuck.
