Drove here because they did not deliver to my offices. Slow service. Granted, they were very busy with delivery orders but I was standing right in front of them with no line and I couldn’t get the guy behind the counter to stop stapling receipts together and take my order. Just use a bit of common sense, if a customer is right in front of you, don’t ignore them.

I used to love JJs. They were «freaky fast» and never got my order wrong. I got quite spoiled not worrying about my order, but the last few times (not just this location) it jas gotten frustrating. They have gotten our order wrong the last four visits. I want to blame it partly on their ridiculously loud music. I love loud music and energy, but it just adds to the frustration when they take. forever and them get it wrong. The last visit I got a hunter club on wheat, no tomato, add cheese. I had to repeat myself twice because the girl couldn’t hear me. My husband got a bootlegger on white, with tomato add cheese and dijon. He had to repeat himself because it was too loud of course. We waited 10 minutes. I’m really not impatient, but when you have 6 people making one sandwich and you’re the only two people in the store, thats kind of slow. I opened mine and it was my husbands sandwich on wheat with no tomato. His was my sandwich on white with tomato and dijon. We took them back and told them they were all mixed up. So they stripped everything off the sandwiches and put them back in some order. They were messy as heck. Dijon mustard all over tomato carnage all over my lettuce .I can’t stand tomatoes, so I lost my appetite. They were still wrong. They left the cheese off both and added more dijon to mine. I was very frustrated and hungry.

Pretty good sandwiches! I haven’t tried all of the orders yet, but I do like what I have had. The bread was yummy!

Traveling for business… Called in an order for delivery and they said I was too far south to deliver… I was less than 2 miles away. So I placed a Turkey Tom order for pickup, got back to my hotel and the sprouts were left off??? Disappointing service for Jimmy John.

I’m a sucker for Jimmy John’s. This place always amazes me with how fast they can make my sammy. It’s ready before I pay. I feel if that happens, I shouldn’t have to pay.

Love Jimmy Johns. Very good sandwiches on french bread, I get the #12 with turkey and sprouts. I am always satisfied, they make the sandwich in like 2 seconds, its quick. Employees are always friendly and they do deliver, but i have never tried that out. Also you can order a delivery with their iphone app or online which is pretty cool. Try them out, you wont be unsatisfied.
