I’ve had a couple good experiences but I go there almost every morning before heading to school and the past couple months their service is just terrible they have forgotten to give me my whole order a couple times, don’t fully finish making my coffee sometimes and they’re employees are not friendly you’d be better off going to the walk in Starbucks five minutes away from the 5th south one

Fast service, never super packed, close to a little sitting area outside, and located in nice little strip in Bountiful. They have outside seating a lots of space inside too. supah chill

It’s Starbucks, either you like it or you don’t. This review probably won’t change your mind. I am going to write, however, that I hate going to this location. I could just as easily stop here in the mornings but I wait til I get to my favorite location in Salt Lake instead. One morning I stopped in and just asked them to fill my mug with Pike’s, the barista told me it was brewing and would be a few minutes so I said just to go with whatever was ready. She then got some attitude and asked me «You don’t have a minute to wait?» First of all, just serve me my damn coffee(did I mention this was at 6:30AM, not in a very good mood at this hour anyways.) Second, I don’t want your sass and I certainly don’t need you to act like you know what my time is worth. This same girl did roughly the same thing at a second visit and I decided to drop this coffeeshop like you drop a crazy girlfriend.

Service was very slow. Three employees working within the store. One was on the phone drinking a Starbucks tea, one was sweeping the store floor, and one was putting several pastries in a box. There were four customer in-line waiting to be served. Not one employee welcomed or acknowledged a customer that was in line. Once the floor was completed, the Starbucks employee washed his hands and begun to help. I never saw one smile or heard one positive greeting from that employee, matter-of-fact his expression was less than pallable. All and all, I/we stood in line for several minutes. I very much disliked the atmosphere that the employees created. Bad customer service!
