Horrible! They tried to charge me double after their printer wouldn’t print. Spent an hour here and their staff didn’t know what they were doing. A total joke.

Imagine my surprise when I learn this place is closed on Sundays. What Fedex Kinkos is closed on Sundays? This is just the icing on the cake for this place for me. Whenever I go in here, getting someone to help is like asking them to saw off their own arm and then when I do get help, I have felt as though I should have known how to do something or where something was. Nope, I wouldn’t even work here, its obviously a culture thing, straight from the top.

Ask for pricing before you print stuff!!! I printed 5 — 5×14 cards doble sided and it cost me $ 25.00. The guy could have printed 2 on a page but didn’t. Rip off!!! Yes, i should have asked prices but come on… I will never go here again.

Super friendly and easy to work with! They helped me ship my laptop, which I was nervous about, but I’m totally confident it will get where it’s supposed to go. Fed Ex is awesome — especially this location.
