After 3 tries of using Gordons, I walked away each time feeling disappointed. First experience I was charged incorrectly, I asked twice for it to be corrected and it never was — it was a $ 5 difference so I just let it go. Second experience was printing 2,500 fliers and they came out very dark and blurry — they refused to reprint, said it was my computer(yet the original looked fine). Third and final experience was asking to have 7 copies of a subway printed in both 4×6 and 8×10. I was told I would receive a phone call when they were ready; after a week with no call, I called them and they said they’re ready. Went to go pick them up, they only printed in 8×10(even though the order form clearly said I wanted both sizes). I stood and waited for 20 minutes for them to print off 7 pages — 4 other customers came and went while I waited. No discount or any kind of compensation was offered. Shannon, the employee who rang me up, did apologize(«Sorry about that… «), but she also rolled her eyes as i was getting in my car. I gave Gordons a valid effort(3 actually), but needless to say I will not be back.

I really like this place. Prices are reasonable(not super cheap, but fair) and the service is great. They’re never too busy, so you don’t have to wait. And they do very, very, very high quality work. I’ve printed our family Christmas cards with them, and business cards. I love supporting local business!
