Great staff of people! They were willing to help me as a newbie get my first vape that worked perfect for me! Pricing does not seem ridicules being a local shop. They also do a great job of giving back I.e. Prizes, punch cards for buying juice. I definitely recommend it to all my northern Utah friends.

It is easy to find vapor shops but it impossible to find one with a friendlier and more helpful staff! These guys (and lady) are truely the best there is. They can help with anything you need and will go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your build and flavors! If you ever get a chance to speak to the owner, Alexis, you will never go anywhere else!

Went in for a build since I was in a bind (I’m from Vegas) and forgot all my stuff at home and had a janky macro coil parallel build I was experimenting with. Employee was very helpful. Got me the juice I needed and no pressure sales (and he didn’t try to push me towards a house brand which I hate!) 3 stars because the hardware selection leaves something to be desired and I had to go to another shop to get a proper build on there as the employee didn’t criss-​cross the positive leads so each coil was pushed to the left of my deck and there was WAY too much wick.

They have really upped their selection of products and are more than happy to help you get the set up that fits your needs. Always friendly service and they are providing a great place people can go and hang out and discuss their passions of vaping!

The folks at Vapor Loc are truly awesome. Their attention to detail, knowledge, product selection along with customer service has raised the bar for the vaping community. Devon hooked me up with a fantastic new vape setup. I come to Vapor Loc for all my vape needs and now refer my friends so they can experience the same level of service I do. The store has a great selection of everything one needs to vape. But most important they stand behind everything they sale. I’ve been back to the store several times now. The staff are polite, helpful and professional. Give them a shot to earn your business I think you’ll be impressed if you do.

After a year of dealing with this place, I am unbelievably dissatisfied with their products and service. All five of the batteries I purchased from them broke within two months, and when i tried to return them, I basically got grilled about how they were broken (which is hilarious, because all five broke just from normal use, guarantee this wasn’t the first time this lady had been complained to about this product) and was told they would repair them for 12 dollars each, which is half the cost new. Even before we got there, the lady tried to upsell me to an expensive and bulky hand-​grenade looking battery, right after I told her I didn’t want a bulky one… she wasn’t even listening to me, just trying to make even MORE money off of me.
After spending over 400 dollars, and being treated this way, this place ranks among the absolute worst businesses I’ve ever patronized. STAY AWAY.
EDIT: the other reviewers are also spot on about the juice, as soon as i started buying stuff elsewhere I realized how horrible vapor loc’s is.

Customer service was great, but the juice was absolutely awful. I bought the cheesecake flavor and immediately got sick after trying it. Would not recommend for anything but a mediocre conversation.

This is the best vapor shop!!! They have the most Friendly & very Knowledgeable staff!!! Do not waste time like I did shopping around & ask to taste their Morning Glory juice it is Fantastic!!!

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but their juice is the worst I’ve come across. Sure, the flavors are good, and they’ve got a good selection, but after trying five different flavors with the same result, I’ll be going elsewhere.
Here’s what I experienced: after priming my carto, the first 30 – 40 draws we’re great, but then the flavor quickly went south, and had a very strong burned taste.
The first time, thinking I’d not primed the carto correctly, I very carefully primed a second carto with the same result. Then I thought that perhaps it was the flavor I’d chosen (blackberry ginger), I decided to try a different flavor (peach). After going through 8 cartos with 5 different flavors, I’m just not willing to try anything else.
Bottom line, they’re great for hardware, but not juice.
