Our family has been coming out here from Chicago for 6 years to get our Christmas trees. Our kids look forward to it and it’s a huge part of our Christmas tradition. The people that work there are do nice, too.

This place is the best tree farm in the Chicago area. We’ve been going here for the last five or six years and love the owners who are so friendly and accommodating. They have a great selection of trees and the prices are very reasonable. There is nothing better than going out and finding the tree your family likes and cutting it down yourself and taking it home the same day. You don’t know how long the trees at the big box stores have been sitting around and where they came from. This is an experience your family will be taking about for a long time.

We have been here a couple times to cut our own christmas tree. This place has been the best tree farm for us by far. The prices are very reasonable, and they provide a saw, cart(to carry your tree), and twine to tie it down. Here’s the rundown… 1. You park somewhere, and go to the barn where the saws and carts are provided. 2. Hunt down a nice looking christmas tree, and cut it down. 3. Bring your tree back by the barn where they shake it on a motorized shaker, and bail it for you. 4. Pay for your awesome tree and show it off! A 7 foot tall Colorado spruce was only about $ 30 or so. They charge more for Fir trees. It may be a little late for a perfect looking tree this year, but there are plenty to pick from. I think you need to bring cash for the tree, but they may actually take credit/debit.
