If I could rate just Dr. Swale I would give him five starts. I think what made the rate so low was the wait time in the waiting room and the setup for my surgery in a different location. I would say I was in the waiting room over three hours. This was for getting my eye test, seeing the doctor and setting up surgery. The doctor visit was only 10 to 15 minutes long. And that was to please the insurance company. The eye test was another 15 minutes long. And the setting up the surgery setup was about an half hour long. So for two hours I sat around waiting without someone checking up on us.
Not only that but if it wasn’t for me checking with the surgery place I would not have surgery the day I was suppose too. Guess there was no follow up with the locations.
Once again Dr. Swale was great, knows his stuff! He makes you feel comfortable and follows up with you. Just wish his staff did the same.

The customer service here is phenomenal! Dr. Swale was great and very patient in explaining the procedure for my wife ahead of time. The free financing is a plus, too.
