Gear Box

Terrible!!! They broke my phone!!! I took it in for a simple screen repair they (the woman that works there) then proceeded to take my phone and tell me the charging port is filthy and won’t work (even though it was charging on the way there) she then force ably jams a charger into the charging port (not even the right way it was upside down) and completely screws up the charging port. It will not charge correctly since! What really annoys me is that I repeatedly told her that it was working fine other than the cracked screen. She and this place is a rip off!!! I have two witnesses that saw what she did and they’re equally annoyed. I am going to report them to the better business bureau and maybe have my lawyer send them a letter! I am pissed! This place needs to be shut down! I ended up going to iFix in Orland square mall and they told me they have heard several complaints about this gear box place in Northfield Square mall
