Its a kiosk located in the NorthField Square mall, near the food court. Privately owned and operated. I’ve been buying cell phones from them for over eight years. Over the years they’ve befriended my repeat service. So, in that sense, my review could be biased. Whenever I needed a new model celly, I could rely on them to offer me great customer service and a «nice» price. I try to bargain with them sometimes. It usually doesn’t work. BUT, If you were to purchase multiple phones, then they would try to work out something on the phones and any accessories. They do offer me phone accessories at a discount, but I think anyone that buys phones from them gets that. That’s awesome. You can flirt all you want with a salesgirl at Best Buy, you AIN’T getting a discount. Actually buying accessories from privately owned stores is a much cheaper option than going online or trying to get a corporate discount. An important detail to mention is that these people have invested in the community. While they have received business from the people of Kankakee /Bourbonnais, they have given back through charities and giveaways. You always hear about the BIG companies that give to neighborhoods. Its awesome to know that little family run places have big enough hearts to give back to that community.
