My husband and I recently purchased our first home and despite everyone telling us not to buy a flip, we did. Big mistake. Our home has great bones, but the person who renovated it just did not respect the house and did not give it the make over it deserved. Corners were cut, contractors were lazy. I know this because slowly but surely, their shoddy work started to reveal itself. It wasn’t long before we had a hodge podge list of items that needed attention, but, who do we hire to help? We needed a contractor, a plumber, maybe an electrician, a roofer…
In walked the guys from Able. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with them. They arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time, went through the list of things we needed work on and things we wanted looked at. They completed SEVERAL tasks for me, both inside & out, small & large. They worked throughout the day until they were finished, and I was satisfied. When they left they left no trace of ever being in my home (truthfully, they may have left it cleaner!) Unfortunately, I have no doubt I will need to call on Able again. Fortunately, I know I can just hop online, schedule a visit, and have absolutely nothing to worry about.

THE BEST! I have a rental property in Maryland but live in NY. I have been looking everywhere for a trustworthy, accountable company to service my property for awhile now. After going through quite a few, I am happy to say I need not look any further! From the booking process being all online and so easy to do, being informed by getting a confirmation email of the scheduled appointment date, and final billing with detailed work and hours actually preformed, the process was seamless with very competitive pricing! Able Homes communicated directly with the tenant so I didn’t need to be in the middle of the scheduling process. I couldn’t have been more pleased and highly recommend them to anyone!
