Chick-fil-A- Bowie

This is my favorite Chick-​fil-​A in the area. Super fast friendly service whether at the drive-​thru or dining. Love their milkshakes and desserts.

Love coming here. Lines are long but food is pretty tasty. I did want to share a story however. About a year or so ago, I went through the Drive-​Thru and had my card ready for payment. When it was time to pay for my meal my card wouldn’t work! I knew there was money in my account and I was really embarrassed. I asked them if they could wait so I could park my car and contact my bank on my cellphone. They were really nice and obliged. So I whipped out my cell phone went to the banks website and realized I had to transfer funds, so this of course is taking some time. Next thing I know in the middle of this banking process an employee of this Chik-​Fil-​A approached my car with food in hand. I rolled down my window to explain that i was just transferring the money now and she said «Hey, this meals on us.» I was so shocked and said I can pay for it but she insisted that I accept the meal. I’ll never forget that experience with this particular Chik-​Fil-​A and proud to be a loyal customer of this location!

Pretty tasty… Long drive thru lines, usually. Fair service. High priced chicken for me to go more than once a year.

Gotta say, I despite the cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru, I really loved this Chick Fil-​A. The service was exceptional, the employees clearly take pride in their appearance, civility, and hospitality. The location was very clean, complete with high tech trash cans which my children noticed right away.
Gotta love service with a smile. We’ll be back.

This Chickfila is always packed no matter what. My only complaint would be their drive thru line and the fact that it often blocks the parking lot. The employees are always super friendly, they rarely mess anything up and are always happy to fix it if they do. It’s always clean too. Overall a great place to go and the food is always delicious.

Best fast food with the most professional service — period!

I often come to this particular restaurant when I have appointments in Bowie. I always order the chicken biscuit with cheese. Delicious! The employees are always courteous and professional. What a great day to start the morning.

I am a huge fan of Chick-​fil-​A (my husband and I both worked there when we were younger) but this location is so unpleasant to visit that even though it’s just around the corner, we hardly ever go. The place is always slammed, and I mean always. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the place where the drive thru line isn’t wrapped around the building. Obviously that’s not their fault. But what is their fault is the poor customer service, which is extremely disappointing due to the high standards of customer service that Chick-​fil-​A has for their employees. Maybe I’m just too hyper aware of what a real chick-​fil-​a experience should look like, but I have never had an experience with the employees here that was satisfying.

Food is always fresh and hot. Service is fast and the workers are always pleasant. You can’t go wrong with this location. Hopefully we can get one in Upper Marlboro, so I don’t have to drive so far.

This chick fil a is always packed whether inside or drive thru. However it could be because their food is always hot. I’ve never been disappointed yet, with my favorite, waffle fries. Today we had breakfast which was chik n minis and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Again always on point. But I can say the customer service is always polite and helpful so that why I don’t mind waiting. I gave 4 stars only because of the long lines.

I visit this chick fil a about 1 – 2 times a month. I have never seen a short line when I go. The line is usually running into the street and blocking the second entrance to the adjacent gas station lol. But because it’s chick fil a, the line moves very fast and I have never had to wait for my food once I got to the window. Very good service. They put things in your bag before you even need to ask for it.

Don’t be intimidated by the long drive-​thru line. Their food and service is always fresh and FAST! This is a well-​oiled machine. The staff takes pride in their work, appearance, and quality of food. This is how fast food should be done.

Place is crazy busy but the staff is friendly and incredibly efficient. There is a play land for kids and surprisingly it looks clean? The food was fresh and flavorful as it usually is at other locations.

Good tasting food, friendly staff, clean restaurant but BEWARE, the customers here are rude and inconsiderate. I’ve been here several times and I’ve put up with a lot. I’m starting to understand why there is a built in queue line in front of the counters. If there wasn’t, the customers that come here would create chaos. I’ve never seen this in other Chik-​fil-​A restaurants. I can imagine, if things get worst in the future you’ll probably have to make reservations. to dine in. I know the rude customers is nothing that this place is responsible for and in the end, it is worth coming here, however I would recommend going thru the drive.

Might be an extra 10 minutes drive, but go to Crofton!
The line and overall customer service at Bowie is subpar, plus they will probably skimp on your order …
When I order 3 strip meal I get 3 nice size strip, order the 4 and it is more like 3 ½ (you will get a small short strip).
Add in the drink order mix ups and it is better to just drive to Crofton.

The quality in their food is up there. I just didn’t care for what i ordered. Skinless chicken nuggets. They had a flavor that may have been lemon. Didn’t care foe them. I also ordered a wrap which was fresh. I would come back here and order something non healthy next time. I would probably have a better experience.

Logistically, this location is tough to navigate. The parking lot is way too small & cumbersome to accommodate the Chick-​Fil-​A masses. The food is always delish but if I have my choice between this location and Waugh Chapel, I’m headed to Gambrills.

Powerhouse chic fila the line for drive thru always is wrapped out to the street but for as long as it is they sure do get thru it quickly. The workers are also pleasant too which sets them apart from all fast food, this chic fila and the bowie Taco Bell on Annapolis rd are the friendliest fast food drive thru joints ever! Oh and the food from here is always good too! Hot fresh and tasty!

Great service. My daughter and I went on the weekend and they had order takers and services outside in the parking lot. I guess this is how it almost would have felt to have car hops back in the day.
The food is always delicious at Chic-​Fil-​A. We both got the nuggets with waffle fries (so delish), along with Oreo milkshakes (pretty darn tasty).

My favorite fast food restaurant! I love the food and concept of Chick-​fil-​A! From the yummy chicken salad sandwich (with tomato of course) to the consistently tasty waffle fries, this chain does fast food right.
My favs are the chicken salad sandwich of course, chicken sandwich (fried) with lettuce and tomato on a wheat bun, chicken nuggets (not strips lol) with chick-​fil-​a sauce, cookies ‘n cream shake (small of course), the cookies are to die for, the SWEET tea (although the lemonade is tasty too), and their salads and waffle fries! Ok, I love everything on the menu!
As for service, this location usually has friendly and courteous staff. I’ve only had 1 or 2 not so friendly encounters with the staff.

It’s Chick Fil A! Great chicken salad, sandwiches and wraps! Great service as well! Even when the lines are long, they more very quickly to get the customer served! And very reasonably priced! Awesome milkshakes as well! Loeve thisGood, decent food and a great place to hang with my Mommy friends while the kids burn all their energy in the play area! Love it! LOL! What more can I say?
