Convenient place to stop by after visiting the lovely South Bowie library. The treats, like all Dunkin’ franchises are extremely sweet, the service typically unsmiling – more so if like myself and my children order smaller portions(like 1 donut per person) and request hot tea(made from teabag.) I understand…

Unsanitary. They go from the register to food prep without even stopping at the sink! Unfriendly. They are not rude, but not friendly either. Customer service is what makes me pick one of these joints over another. And I never see more than a few donuts… and even in the mornings they are dry. Lastly, it appears as though a young man is renting a booth. He is always in the same booth charging his cell phone. And he does not work there. Awkward. I feel for wayward teens, but an eating establishment should not harbor them. Today was my last visit. They had their chance.

My review is probably based off of the dozen or so bad Dunkin Donuts that I have been too that this is probably the second one in the entire world to consistently get my order right and the coffee actually taste the same on every visit. I can’t speak for the customer service as I only go through the drive thru and it’s only a few words said between the attendant and myself… I will say I seem to never get a total until I reach the actual window which is a tad frustrating, what if I’m short on payment, I would hate to find out at the window lol. My order is simple, plain bagel(toasted), ice coffee… don’t think anyone should mess that up but you would be surprised.

How do I go to dunkin donuts for donuts and they don’t have any at 5am and they open at 4am. This is ridiculous when you have a donuts and coffee meeting and trying to pick up in route. How does a donut shop not have donuts??? I will never be going here again I will just go to the grocery store and purchase donuts moving forward because this is like chick fil a having no chicken. Come on Do better.

Service is so slow and the employees can be a little rude at times.

I’m going to give this location a solid two stars. One star is for the location and being close. The second is for quality donuts that I really am not supposed to eat. I must say however your staff needs help in speaking. It’s not just the first generation immigrants but the multi-generation«folks». The young kid with braids was talking like he had a bowl of cream-o-wheat in his mouth. Come on brother, your mother would be ashamed. Open your mouth and articulate ! And by the way, when I get to the window, DONOTSAY! WHATSUPMAN! … I’m old enough to be your grand daddy young buck.

Docking a star. I used to think what came off as rudeness was language barrier. But I think sometimes they are just rude. They’ve got signs up for things they don’t honor/have, and my order is right MAYBE50% of the time, even though I repeat it multiple times. It’s still close to where I need to be, and the wifi is good, but once the .99 refill special runs out I may be finding an alternate location to get online.

This location is new and everything started off good but now the drive thru customer service is horrible. The man is always rude and never says hello back to me or even thank you, most of the time I don’t get my receipt and now they have messed up my coffee at least every other day. It is close to my house but I think it is time to go to another one. Early morning is when they need a happy nice person in the drive thru to help make people’s mornings better not worse.

The staff is very friendly here and the location next to the library is great but make sure to check your order before leaving. On several occasions I’ve visited the store and ordered an unsweetened iced tea which was given to me loaded with sugar. An iced coffee with almond milk which was more milk than coffee, and a coolatta that was very liquified and tasted badly. I believe in giving second chances but obviously a refresher in customer service and beverage prep wouldn’t hurt.

Today, I tried the Oreo iced coffee. It was TERRIBLE. I don’t know if it was just this location, or all locations, but I highly recommend STAYINGAWAY from this new product. Disgusting. Clean up your act, Dunkin Donuts!

Stop here every morning for coffee and a donut. Always friendly. Inside is very clean. And they always get me in and out quickly. No long lines.

This DD is brand new and is in between my credit union and the bowie library on Central Ave. It may be the largest DD I’ve been to and yes it has a drive through. I had the chicken apple sausage muffin that was surprisingly good. I definitely recommend it!
