For the past month or so, each time I’ve had a burger craving I’d normally fall into Elevation… However, they’ve been closed for a good month now due 2 «repairs»…ironically, the location in Gambrills is closed due to the very same reason. Coincidence? I don’t know, but either way get it together Elevation!

Eaten here twice. Both times tasty burgers and fries. Shakes were good(ice cream headache from eating too fast). Fries are thin and boardwalk style(unpeeled). Wait time a bit long. Same w/Hyattsville location – an Elevation Burger hallmark? Last time grease smell inside and out was awful. Hope that was unusual.

I’m vegetarian and I’m really leery about veggie burgers but elevation burger has one of the best that I’ve every had. The veggie burger #2 is nothing short of amazing. The patty is a combination of veggies and cheese. The burger is not dry or hard, it tastes like a real burger. The toppings are fresh but I feel like the bun could be bigger at least for the veggie burger. The fries are good too. This location is decent but I would suggest you order to take out.

UPDATE: I love Elevation Burger, BUT… AVOIDTHEBOWIE, MDLOCATIONATALLCOST! Now I know why that place is completely empty every time I go in there. Today, I was extremely hungry and decided to try my luck again with this place. BOY, DID I REGRETIT! I ordered a simple kids burger and it was brought out to me on a used, and by used I mean DIRTY tray, and when I say tray I mean the actual paper they use on top of the tray was reused!!! It was greasy, had a few fries on it(I didn’t order french fries) and had a hair on it GROSS!!! Not to mention the burger itself was salty as Sh! t!!! It tasted like it had bacon on it(I didn’t order bacon on my burger) Let’s jus say I’ve learned my lesson, never again, YOU’VEBEENWARNED!

Elevation Burger was great, same concept as five guys but I can definetly taste the difference. They are pricey but good quality food is never cheap. I will def be returning.

Exactly what a burger place should be. 1. Delicious 2. Consistant 3. Great size options(burgers range from kids size to much larger stacks of meat if you dare). 4. Very friendly employees. 5. Delicious(omg the fries are so good) 6. Very clean store. 7. Priced very well(honestly you come out of pocket the same as the major fast food chains for a much better meal). 8. Delicious(have you tried the cookies???) Thanks Elevation!

The last time I was there it took 45 minutes to make my two burgers. When I commented on it on the corporate facebook they responded back to me and said they are so sorry and they will look into the problem. They offered me a free burger and asked me to give them another chance. I said I would. To this day I have yet to recieve any communications or free burger from them. I would not use them, the service is slow.

I added the extra star because the owner contacted me, requesting another try and offering to foot the bill. I appreciate his dedication to customer service, and while I did not take him up on his offer(unless something’s changed drastically, I’m assuming the food’s still the same so it wouldn’t be fair to take his offer when I’m pretty sure it’ll be just the same) I still like the fact that he made it. It shows he’s paying attention and what we say means something to him. Kudos to him for that.

Great meal for an after workout snack/meal. I don’t eat the fries often but what has been said in previous posts about them getting cold quick is true. Love the soda machine! Get the burgers in lettuce, tastes great.

This was my 2nd trip to Elevation Burger. I am not sure what the excitement is about. The burgers are mediocre but the french fries are good. The soda fountain is exceptionally cool!

When you pay $ 15 for two kid’s burgers, an order of fries, and a shake, one would expect a decently executed burger and fries. The shake was great. The rest: not that great. This was a carryout order. The burgers were literally cooked to a crisp and were grey inside. No juice. Nothing to stain the burger wrapper except for the basalmic mustard, which was spread very unevenly. The fries were limp and not warm at all. Guys, this is organic grass fed beef, not Micky D mystery meat. There is no reason on God’s green earth to cook meat like this to death. I’m sure there is a protocol for preparing this food, but it is not being followed. Avoid the night crew. The lunch bunch must be getting the good stuff.

Coming from Texas, I felt foolish going for beef burgers up north. But after the first bite of my grass-fed beef burger, I knew the choice to eat here was good. By giving you double patties in the burger, you minimize the amount of bun and maximize the beefy goodness. Fries are a pricey unremarkable filler here, share an order with a friend.

I’ve been hearing so much about Elevation Burger that I had to finally give in to peer pressure and check out the place. Elevation Burger is located inside Vista Gardens Marketplace, a really nice shopping center located in Bowie(but really, it’s Lanham). Finding a parking space is never a problem; ample parking. The dining area is really clean and nicely decorated(I mean, as decorated as a fast food joint can be decorated.) I ordered the Elevation Burger(double meat and double real cheddar cheese), french fries(which is cooked in olive oil) and one scoop of vanilla ice cream. The Elevation Burger — I’ve had better tasting burger. It was okay but what made it tasty enough for me were the toppings I added(ketcup, lettuce, carmelized onions, mustard and mayo). French Fries — Same with the Elevation Burger. It was slightly better than the burger, however. Vanilla Ice Cream — AMAZING. Pretty much the reason why this review came with 3 stars attached. All in all, I will recommend this place to my family and friends. I mean, probably if you just finished shopping within the center and you are feening for some burgers. than sure, check out Elevation Burger. But for an establishment to be all about healthy eating I’m surprised turkey burgers are not offered.

Honestly, I don’t have much to say other than this place was AMAZING! This was my first time at any Elevation Burger, and I was very impressed. I got an elevation burger with two patties, which were cooked well and had great flavor. The aged cheddar on top was amazing, and the elevation sauce had just enough sweetness to push this flavor explosion over the edge. My girlfriend and I shared an order of fries, which is plenty for two people unless you are incredibly hungry. The fries weren’t soggy like some have said, but were crispy and flavorful. I believe they’re even cut fresh from real potatoes! Another plus for this place is they have one of the new Coke soda fountains that is a touchscreen, and has about every variation of flavors of soda you could ever want. Bottom line: if I could give this place ten stars out of five, I would. But Unilocal won’t let me do that… so five will have to suffice.

Elevation Burger is my «Go To» when I have my occasional burger craving. Organic burgers, great. The biggest difference between Elevation Burger and Five Guys(which I also like) is that Elevation Burger isn’t greasy and doesn’t make me regret what I just ate. After finishing a Five Guys burger, I get the food coma within 5 minutes. Elevation Burger makes me feel OK after eating such a big meal. The skinny fries fried in olive oil are great. I’ve never eaten in but the neat thing is that the trays that the food is served on is tin not plastic.

Located in a strip mall along with several other stores including Target. Plenty of parking is available. The restaurant itself is relatively small. Came on a Friday night and the place was close to half full but the lines were moving at a brisk pace. The employees were friendly and helpful but were also professional in terms of diligently performing tasks at their respective stations. I ordered the Elevation burger, which is pretty much a double cheeseburger. The nice thing about this place is their beef is advertised as 100% organic, grass-fed and free-range. The burger was moderately sized and the meat tasted fresh and seasoned. The condiments did not mask the meat like at other places but instead complimented it. I will say that the single patty burger may not be enough for those with regular to larger sized appetites. Their french fries are advertised as cooked in olive oil. Well, whatever they are cooked in, it certainly is a good thing because the fries were really good. They’re on the small side, similar to Five Guys as other people have mentioned in their reviews but the fries are perfectly cooked to that proper balance of tender yet crisp. They were also seasoned just right. They have one of the new age soda machines, which is cool given that there are so many flavor options. I didn’t have a milkshake because I didn’t have my lactaid pill with me(I was on a date so risking it might have resulted in her getting to know me a LITTLE too personally) but my friend ordered an oreo one, which she said tasted fresh and not artificial like at other places. The prices are high from a general standpoint but in comparison to other high end burger joints they’re about right. All in all, not a bad experience and in fact worthy of another visit!

This place opened up near my office, and I waited a few weeks to try it out, thinking the insanity of a new opening would have died down. I was wrong! The place was packed, and still is around lunch time, and it takes FOREVER to get your food. I understand that they’re trying to keep up with the demand, but maybe they need more help? I waited almost 30 minutes for my take-out food the first time I went, and decided from that point on that I’d call and order in advance. However, while the burger was good(very well seasoned and juicy!), the fries left a lot to be desired. They are limp and soggy, probably because they’re fried in olive oil, which doesn’t get hot enough to make them crispy. Their salads are kind of plain, nothing exciting. I haven’t had their shakes, but my co-workers love them. But what I DO love is their soda machine… one of those space age deals where you pick your base soda, then add whatever flavors you want to it via a touch screen. Want a shot of vanilla in your Coke? Or how about a shot of strawberry in your Sprite? You can get it! I recommend a shot of vanilla in the Fanta orange… yummy!

Hmmm I’m still on the fence if I was actually elevated. I’ve seen a few of these around town and since I love organic foods … Plus grass-fed/free range beef. Sure why not? I ordered a simple cheeseburger, fries and a drink. My burger was much smaller than expected and on the thin side compared to Five Guys. The bun wasn’t anything special. My sister liked the ‘elevation sauce’ that I passed on. I was told it is a tomato based sauce though. Now the fries were disappointing. I don’t know if it was the delay in eating them(we took it to-go) but soggy thin cut fries are a no for me. They were almost to saturated with what I believe is olive oil they’re cooked in. I didn’t try it with ketchup and I’m almost positive it wouldn’t save them. Overall I had a burger craving and there wasn’t a Five Guys around. So we tried this instead. No way I’d go out of my way to come here… But it wasn’t a bad decision either. Which brings me back to the fence on this place. If you want to get full I’d stick with Five Guys.

Great place to get a burger… and hey, it’s organic too! I love this place way better than Five Guys because they don’t overcook their burgers the way Five Guys does. I love their soda machine! Pick your poison and then add lemon or cherry flavors and«voila!» — your custom made soda. My friends complained about the french fries here. I actually like them — they are similar to the ones you will find at Nordstrom’s café, however, they are not the kind of fries you eat with ketchup. These fries are thin and they are cooked in olive oil — they really need a creamy sause or olive tapnade to go with them. I am not big into fries anyway, so I am happy with the burger. The menu is VERYLIMITED and really should be REVISED!!! The salads offered as well as the desert are VERYVERYLAME! I don’t understand their choice of using blue for everything because in spite of the word«elevation», there is nothing appetizing about blue in food! But a dog gone good burger just the same!

I was WAYY super-excited when this location opened up, because I’ve heard such great things, but I was definitely left wanting. While my burger was pretty delicious, tasted genuinely fresh and wasn’t as heavy as other burgers I’ve had, it was so small! I’m not one to usually finish a regular-sized burger at a non-fast food restaurant, but I finished this cheeseburger in about 5 bites. It was surprisingly expensive for a burger so small. Different types of burgers only come in the standard size, with the exception of the«Elevation Burger». Kudos for: 1) The option to wrap your burger in lettuce, for those staying away from bread and 2) veggie patties for those staying away from meat. Neither option applies to me, but it’s nice to know it’s there. The fries were delicious. Imagine McDonalds french-fries, but cooked a little longer, and cut a little more thin. While I like my fries a little more soft and overcooked, I would imagine that most people would prefer something a little more crunchy. I’m a bit peeved that this too, comes in one standard size. They also offer milkshakes to be made in front of you with fresh ingredients. I’d pass, unless you’re dying for one. They weren’t anything special, so I’d recommend a pass. They also offer a small array of healthy side snacks, like mandarin oranges. Conclusion? Good food, but overpriced for quanity. Skip and go to Five Guys if you’re looking to get full.
