And down we go. This are going down hill at this location. For starts it’s a hassle just to call and ask a question. I had to hold for 20 minuets(just to ask if my contacts came in yet). Other issue was it took over A MONTH to order my contacts so i had to walk around blind for a month.(then like i said before i had to wait 20 minutes on hold for them to tell me they are not there yet). Their supplier for contacts use to be 1−800-contacts. Not anymore they stopped using a good reliable service for a cheaper unreliable service. Yes it was a little cheaper this year for my contacts but having to wait over a month was not wroth the reduced cost. I’ve been going to this locations since 2007 and its going so down hill. I dont think im going to be going back here once my RX expires i think im going to find someone closer to where i live due to this.
